Jeju Police Target Chinese Tourist Thefts

The Instagram account officialunofficialtime posted that a Chinese blogger with 530,000 followers cheated at the Berlin Marathon. The account shared a photo of the original blogger sitting on the back of a bicycle, stating that the photo was taken near the 38km mark of the Berlin Marathon, and that the woman hitched a ride to the finish line to collect her medal.

In the results sheet provided by the poster, the time for 30–35km was 36 minutes and 51 seconds, while for 35–40km it was 30 minutes and 49 seconds, saving 6 minutes and 2 seconds. The latter was the fastest complete 5km segment in the table, with an average pace of 6′10″. From 40km to the finish line, it took 15 minutes and 18 seconds, with a pace of 6′59″.

The owner of a Southern California-based tech company faces federal charges after allegedly selling millions of dollars' worth of computer servers containing U.S.-manufactured graphics processing units to China, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.

Greg Lui, 38, who also goes by Yiu Kong Lui, was charged with one count of conspiracy to violate the Export Control Reform Act and the Export Administration Regulations, one count of outbound smuggling, and one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering, the department announced in a media release.
