Hey yall. We got two crosswords and one of em was a winner and they told us this one wasn't. They showed me the screen and everything but it has 4 words making it a $10 card. Has anyone had this issue before and does anyone know how i can cash my prize?
Deposited $10 and used the promo code for today&won $10.xx on the free games, so I played Magnificent Multiplier and was doing pretty good, so upped my bet to $2 and this happened!!! Too bad that last “block” didn’t fall!! 😂😂 But I’m not complaining.

I love to try the new games but Finley's Fortune is pretty boring. To ease the boredom, I decided to try the Autoplay but then I got stuck on it and now I can't play any other game. It keeps telling me I'm not finished with Finley's Fortune but I did let the whole Autoplay play out. When I finally got human contact on Customer Service I was told they can't put a ticket in until the problem has lasted 24 hours. I recommend avoiding Finley's Fortune. It's a game designed for children and there are problems with it.
