Exhibit A: When Brittany first spoke of the table flipping incident with Jax

(See source A). In this retelling, they were alone and Cruz was in another room. The table hit her knee and it “instantly went black.” For starters, it’s scientifically impossible for a bruise to go black immediately. (See source B)

Exhibit B: When Brittany retold the table flipping incident recently in her People Magazine interview, her story changed significantly (see video attached). In this retelling, she claims that Jason and Lori, the Publicist, were both there and witness to everything. She alleges Jax beat her so badly that he almost broke both of her legs. All she speaks of as the aftermath to this alleged incident/injury is that Lori “held her.” No police report was filed. No medical documentation, which would be needed if both legs almost broken. And common sense would lead one to think that if 2 parties were eyewitnesses to someone getting physically assaulted this badly, they would at minimum call either police or medics, and try to remove her from the situation and get her to safety. A hug would not suffice.

Mind you, this incident allegedly occurred TWO days before filming. On the show, two days later,

she walked normally, which is not indicative of someone who had both legs nearly broken. Scientifically this claim is impossible.

I BEG of you, please use discernment and common sense. People lie and in my opinion, Brittany Cartwright is an angry, bitter woman who is ruining a man’s life.

I’m a family law paralegal, and in law you are innocent until proven guilty. The person making the allegations has the responsibility (onus) to prove them, otherwise it’s just hearsay. People lie and she has multiple times, so to me she has no credibility without concrete evidence. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned..

I wish she would never have agreed to help Jax pay off his tax debts by refinancing the house.

According to public records, she's only paid off about $34K of the mortgage since 2022, meaning almost 95%-96% of the monthly payment is just going to interest.

Do you think she should sell the house?

Edit(summary) They bought the house at $1.9m and put down $475K for a mortgage balance of $1.4M. They refinanced and took out their equity in the house to pay for Jax’s tax burden and it’s currently financed at roughly $2.4M which is why she is paying $18K a month. His tax obligation was just over $1M. If she sold the house today for which it’s valued at $2.6m-$2.7m she would still come out slightly ahead.
