If faruzan is c6 does her burst also do skill dmg?
Her c6 makes it so you can use tenacity on her, so her burst does skill dmg but does that dmg scale of her skill level?

Venti Stellar Swirl
I'm thinking of building stellar Venti. Is it possible? I have Sandrone for ssc and luckily got Odette on 50/50. I want to pull for Vesna but I'm a broke f2p. If Tsaritsa banner and Vesna banner is next to each other, I'm priorizing Tsaritsa. So, I'm thinking of having Odette for stellar swirl with DPS Venti. Would that work? If Odette + Venti, who would be the other 2? I dont have Mizuki.

In what should i invest?
I have c2r1 venti, faruzan c6 and on chasca’s sig and both durin and nicole are c0r1. Faruzan is on tenecity (as a subdps), durin is on noblesse (as a subdps) and nicole is on the new hex set (as support build). I’m curious for who i should get constellations, how many and how much for each character.
