Her c6 makes it so you can use tenacity on her, so her burst does skill dmg but does that dmg scale of her skill level?

Someone made a post about dottore being a fraud because he didn’t get killed by renova but mitya did. I find this stupid. Pierro stated that both elemental energy and kuvaki weren’t usable against the heavenly principles. We know that the fatui (probably dottore) made the delusions and dottore experimented with kuvaki, this showed that the kuvaki experiments didn’t pose a threat to celestia (or because people were trying to stop him). This means that dottore was helping with the weapon against the HP, and he ruled out the thing that didn’t work against the HP.

The reason i think dottore isn’t a fraud is either he didn’t pose a threat (or people were trying to stop him) or she didn’t/couldn’t kill him because his soul wasn’t complete (because each segment had a part of his soul).

I personally don’t think dottore is a fraud because he made progress in the experiment and he got killed while making progress (nodkrai). But i might be wrong (or said/interpreted something or i missed something ).

I want to make a cult layout but i don’t want to build anything before i know how i want it. Is there like a website to plan out your cult?
