Thinking of buying Victoris CNG - LXI

Need suggestions on what all I must add extra.
Also, should I go for VXI or just go to Karol Bagh for upgrades?

BOUGHT MY 1ST CAR AS VICTORIS CNG VXI

Drove 1500 kms till now. Very much satisfied with my purchase decision, as it fulfill all my requirements. Only downside as per my perspective is the lack of spare tyre.

Victoris delivery concerns - having really bad experience prior delivery. Denied delivery

Car had been came by road for 120 plus kms even before I take delivery? Need suggestions what are my options

  1. I have denied acceptance of existing car delivery because car have some airline scratches and minor dents

  2. No intimation of dealer or sales team that car is arriving by road

  3. Initially they questioned me about the genuinety of their Suzuki connect app as they said telematics data is not accurate to convince me where as odometer shows just 12 kms. I suspect an adjustment

  4. Car underbody was fully covered with dirt

I need suggestions from this community on what should be my next step

Ps : under discussion towards seeking a replacement car (RTO) is in progress requested them to see possibly of cancellation

If not cancelled should I take them to consumer forum or seek refund ? Please advise

Victoris VXi CNG

We were initially considering the Elevate, but the running cost is forcing us to rethink. People are also advising to not get a CNG kit fitted (which would have made things a whole lot easier) and to instead go for the Victoris/Grand Vitara.

I'll be honest: we did not, and do not, like this car.

  1. The rear feels cramped both in height and width
  2. Only 5 gears. Brezza gets 6 now and should be faster.
  3. Sceptical of highway and even city performance
  4. In general does not feel as well put together as the Elevate. Interior feels tacky.
  5. Only 2 door speakers in VXi? Seriously??

But we are willing to give this another chance, since this is still a very sensible choice.

  1. Ride quality is probably the best in this segment
  2. Factory fitted CNG provides a lot more peace of mind than a dealer installation

My only real concern is the performance, particularly around 80 kmph and beyond. Top speed on the nearby highways is 120 kmph and we intend to honour that. Beating on a strained engine on the highway is not a good thing to do on road trips.

All the instrumented tests are much too underwhelming, and CNG will be worse.

People who have this car and in this guise, how has your experience been?
