Hi, Everyone!
I’m looking for some help from the community historians.
This is a miniature denim chore jacket. It has three brass "Carhartt's O’alls & Gloves" train-car heart buttons, which I believe is from the 1910s–1930s era. I first thought this was a child’s jacket, but the dimensions strongly point to it being a salesman sample.
The proportions are incredibly boxy and heavily cropped:
Pit to pit: 14.5”
Shoulder to shoulder seam: 13”
Bottom collar to hem: 8”
Sleeve: 6.5”
I’ve attached clear photos of the front, the buttons, and the construction. I would love to get your thoughts on the authenticity, construction style, and any potential history of this piece.
Note: I am strictly looking for information, authentication help, and historical context right now. Please do not send offers to my DMs.
Thanks in advance for any insights!
Just bought this pair of denim
Donut button
Yellow stitching
Zip has been changed
Any one knows the brand and could date it ?
Thank you
Any information on this denim jacket would be greatly appreciated! Possibly 1950s lee
Hi all,
Hoping someone can help me identify these jeans I found at a thrift a few weeks ago. The tag (inside the waistband) says Gap but there are no other identifying features. I’ve included a photo of the little tag by the pocket, which seems (?) to indicate these are actually Levi’s. I know Gap sold Levi’s for a while early on — wondering if these could be a first run of Gap jeans using Levi’s production process?
Any help is much appreciated. I’m planning to wear them, but figured I should first make sure they’re not “special” from a vintage perspective.
When I put the number (on the small tag) into Google it came up with Levi’s — very possible it’s wrong. I was just trying to think of potential explanations for the unusual Gap waistband tag.
Assuming they are Gap, I’d love to figure out what era they’re from.
EDIT TO ADD: RN 15524
Thank you!

i love this jacket, but it’s dying, need help finding the brand so i can make a new one, i’m almost positive the brand name starts with an H and A
i found a pair of vintage jeans from my mom that she bought 40 years ago. does anyone know what brand it is?
If any one has any info of when it might be from or what brand please lets me know!!!!
Idk how they did it 😆
Found these today thrifting! My guess is 60s but I can’t find the artwork on the front anywhere online. The inner blue tag makes me think mid to late 60s.
i personally have no idea what i just bought, it would really help if someone can tell me what i’m looking at, or how much is this valued at, any help is appreciated thank you!
just thought i’d post my grandfathers old 60s jacket
lmk any thoughts
Hey, would love some help with this Lee 101J. I have owned a few before and never seen this:
There’s a union tag in the pocket but the neck tag says “Made in USA” not “Union made in USA” like you would expect if there is a union tag.
The white tag on the neck has the word “cotton” translated in different languages as you can see here. Also never seen that for a made in USA Lee Rider.
So, my question is: Is this authentic? If yes, can you tell if it’s 70s or 80s? The back of the button also doesn’t have any number or “X” on it.
I recently found 3 pairs of vintage jeans that belonged to my grandmother, two of them still have the tags and was wondering if anyone could help me with a price estimate of them. looks Like they haven’t been washed or worn at all.
Please let me know if you can help me find out anything about them
I thought white tabs were from the 70s and 80s, on things like corduroy. I have a pair of 80s levi cords. First time I have ever seen them in shorts. These are 1997 assembled in Guatemala. I normally only grab MiUSA levis, but these were my size and $1.
Any info on the status of 90s white tab denim would be appreciated. Thanks!
