Does anyone know what could be causing this? It's also cracking on the horizon

Shader: IterationT on epic settings
as you can see the voxy loaded chunks are flickering incredibly aggressively making it unplayable im using modrinth launcher and have tested with only voxy and sodium(and fabric api) playing on version 1.21.11 with voxy version 0.2.16-beta ive allocated more than enough storage the issue only arose when i changed pc's the GPU is a intel(R) HD Graphics 530 i am playing on a server but again i had no issues on older laptop if you have any questions that might hepl solve this ask.
