if I use it it tanks fps but without it chunk loading is slow

ofc using chunky.

Also are there any pitfalls I could fall into while generating the chunks?

Uncountable organs and muscles were constantly moving at the ceiling, their colour ranging from a meaty white to bloody brown. The first thing Elias felt after exiting the Freedom beast was chill. His body, far more resilient than the average Chinen, could not stop the sensation similar to what he would feel if he were buried in snow. Elias smiled as he looked at the red orbs of pure light wandering near the sky of flesh. The ground was rough and dry with small stones protruding from it. A vast dome made of a crimson material stood not too far from him, its walls covered in a slick, shiny liquid. White light flashed in front of the group of Laity Elias was in, immediately turning into Haoki. Covering his nose to defend himself from the disgusting, vomit-like smell he raised his left hand. His hand quickly grew into heaps of amalgamated mass of flesh, diverting into two walls of it. The walls of flesh formed a direct path from the freedom beast to the dome as Elias felt damp. In the dry wasteland he felt a warm gust of wind, followed by a wet sensation throwing his body like an ordinary rock towards the dome. The water pushed him towards the dome as its part between two walls of flesh trembled before moving aside.
