Hey guys,
I am class of 2027 thinking of applying to WCU for political science to go to law school. I have completely fallen in love with WCUs campus and plan to join their marching band, but I was wondering what the thoughts on the Political Science program at WCU are? I know they offer a BS and a BA program and I plan to get my BS. But I have not seen much about the quality of the program itself. If anyone majored in this themselves, or know someone who did could you tell me your thoughts? Thank you!
Hi! So I'm VERY interested in coming to Western, but I don't have a mentor and am confused about the process of becoming a nurse in general, but specifically here.
I think I need to take 2 years of prerequisites before applying to the BSN program (?). I don't want to take the accelerated course because I've heard how selective it is, however I know in general the nursing program there is hard to get into.
If I did become a student at Western, stayed two years, then was rejected from a BSN program, what then? Move away from a community I've built and start over at a different college or state? I have a decent GPA, (3.8 in highschool) but haven't earned my CNA and have little volunteer or hospital experience. I did few extracurriculars in highschool, but did not do any research or anything really remarkable in general, so I think I would be rejected. If anyone has experienced that, I would love to know. Again, I dont understand the nursing track yet. Help!
