The title says it all, I was thinking it would be really fun to be INSIDE a pinball machine course.

You could hit certain things to make them add up and give you a better final hole animation or use of the huge balls periodically could be cool (if you get under par on holes, the big "pinball" moves and does neat Augmentations to the course).

QUESTION:

But what would the theme of the pinball machine be? I vote rockabilly throwback.

Hello! My family and I (four of us) have played Walkabout for a few hours every weekend for the last 2 or 3 years. One member of our party suggested we add a new VR game into the rotation. Does anyone have any suggestions? Requirements: Not super difficult or technical, no shooting games. Something sort of relaxed that allows us to chat while we play would be nice, but not a requirement. Maybe soemthing with puzzles, or escape room-like, or opportunities to explore different places/worlds. Any ideas? Thank you!

Update: Doing a factory reset on the headset got everything working again.

Anyone having issues the last few days when trying to play? Whenever I try to start the app it tries to load for about 5 seconds and then a black window comes up saying the app is not responding and I can either quit or wait.

I’ve tried waiting a bunch of times, but it never worked. Tried restarting the headset, tried force restarting, tried clearing the app cache, and tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and still the problem persists. I saw a couple recent reviews reporting the same problem.

Sucks because I saw some new DLC so I bought it but haven’t been able to play it.

This is on a Quest 3 and everything seems up to date. Are many of you having the same problem? Any tips or possible fixes? Other apps seem to be working fine.

Just wanted to make an appreciation post for the new Celebration Cosmetics. I wasn't aware these came with the new update, but some of my golf buddies did and purchased the Avatar packs. When I saw their celebration animation was wildly different from what I remembered, I thought it was so cool. Eventually I ended up buying the packs myself. I'd just like to say that these are the sort of cosmetics that I'd like to see more of moving forward.

Besides an update claiming the would begin shipping these 10 days ago, has anyone actually received any kind of update at all? Ordered a G2P3 almost 5 months ago and have missed using it on the last three new courses. Assumed I would be one of the first to receive any notification when the G2P4 started shipping. There has been nothing, very much doubt they have even begun to ship the G2P4.

With the release of Blockhaven, nobody in my groups grip-putter-2 and 3 worked. Reinstalled game, no dice. Even if the G2P4 came today, likely wouldn't even be able to use it.

Trying to decide on a club attachment for Walkabout for me and my gf. I'm torn between getting the machined metal [Yezro Y14/Y14S](https://a.co/d/076XlUCP) or spending about the same amount for the new [FormX Grip-to-Putter IV](https://formx.design/products/griptoputter).

If you own either of these, how do you like them? I'm mainly trying to figure out if the mechanical handle trigger on the FormX is worth it over a solid metal club like the Yezro, and how the durability of the FormX 3D-printed build holds up over time compared to a machined unibody setup.

I think there may be a glitch with the new celebration graphics? My wife and I just played together on the new Blokhaven course. I chose the Fraggle Rock celebration, she chose the blue one. Whenever she got a hole that should have resulted in a celebration, she saw and heard it, but I did not. No blue fireworks, no sound effect, no applause. But she did see my Fraggle Rock celebrations whenever I got one. Probably just a weird little glitch, and might not even be directly related to these new options?

Has anyone else experienced this sort of weirdness with the new release?

Does the bundle include the full game as well? I bought the whole in one bundle months ago and played the crap out of it but now when I open the game it says there is an updated version available and when I go to the store page it says I have to buy it or play it with horizon +. The last course I bought was the tiki one and I wanted to buy the 2 newest releases but now I’m confused.

This was a tough video all the way around to put together. I did end up getting 11 to do the jump in game. It was just a lot pickier than I expected. Does anybody else wish we had a level or ranked system? Even viewable stats like amount of hole in one’s, albatrosses and eagles, longest putt. The game is amazing but there could be so many collectible rare things that could be added only achieved through winning online matches or leveling up. Challenges are even achievements just to give the added feel of having objectives. Truly love this game so much! 2vs2 online would be cool like a team mate hits first then the next goes off the same ball idk wish they would add some more features.

really love the block level. kudos to the developers for making it feel alive. I love the audio in the level, very immersive ! also love the npc characters, makes the level feel alive. keep up the great work devs !

All that I want is to be able to (under my Profile) choose from which Courses I have that I would play in Quick Match.

With the latest update, we've actually been given fewer options.

1. We only have 9 Courses to choose from (until it changes these 18 minutes later - what the heck?). Why???

2. Some Courses we may not even own, so that limits us to even fewer Courses than the 9 to choose from for QM. Why???

3. Some Course that we might usually play on Easy are instead only available as Hard or Race Mode or Closest Putt - limiting it even further. Why???

Just let us choose and save (under our Profile) which Courses that we already own that we would want to play in QM, and let us have the choice of if they are Easy, Hard, Race Mode, or Closest Putt.

Please.

It's unplayable for me now. I'm not waiting 18 minutes for the board to refresh with a Course that I would want to play.

Hi, I'm trying to complete the coin hunt on the laser lair, but I can't seem to get the one that's in the plant near the pool. I go to the plant and the meter does not go off, any help? Thanks

There needs to be a patch for this. I give up & I’m not doing everything a 5th time!! Grrr 😡 I keep doing the ball hunts and fox hunt over and over - just to be able to play night mode 😂
