As a new game owner, Steam Frame, should I buy any DLC?

After I shoot start my game goes to a black screen and never progresses. This is on the Steam Frame locally on both the internal storage and my SD card.

I saw on steam discussion that this was a known issue two years ago.

Any fix?

I get an Next Up Icon for about sixty seconds and then a new window asking if I want to resume the game; rinse and repeat.

I've tried all available compatibility tool/mode, but I even the ones listed as not compatible.

Beat Saber works locally on my Frame and Diablo 4 streams fine from my PC.

I went to see how much a king with the five year warranty would be without the subscription, and it came out to $2700. When I selected the pay over time option the overall price went up to $3700. Why was the two year subscription forced into my cart, and where did the other $400 price increase come from?

I updated my guide with the addition of the second power tray and the new Rekindled Pyroplasm.

I have researched places to find PS5 game dumps and DLPS seems to be the go to, however I cannot get the website to work.
The site displays a banner that I need to turn off my ad blocking. I gave it a shot and turned of AdGaurd but then the continue button opens to a new site that cannot be loaded.
What am I missing?
