ICE Agent Testifies How People are Targeted

This is a lawsuit in California, but, as we have seen in these arrests even here in WA, I am certain this same "method" is used to target people here in WA and everywhere else.

"They are not doing anything bad. They are just hanging out."

"Where?"

"...street...grocery store... gas station...anywhere"

"What do they look like?"

"older Hispanic males"

According to Iceout report

"ICE AT MCDONALDS OFF AURORA IN SHORELINE- demanding they release a worker with a “warrant” - seems they do not have a warrant because they will not show. They arrested another customer. About 5 are in the building and many more are outside."

I watched ICE take someone off the street in Waltham today. I’m still shook

I was walking my dog in Waltham when I noticed an unusual number of people sitting in parked cars. A few seconds later, several people got out of unmarked vehicles, surrounded a man, put him into a vehicle, and drove away with his car.

It happened unbelievably fast. Some of them were masked. The man kept yelling, “What happened? What happened?” He sounded terrified and confused.

I stood there recording because I genuinely didn’t understand what I was watching until I heard his accent and saw ICE on their backs.

I spoke to his cousin afterward. He told me the man had been on his way to home depot to get supplies for a construction project. He has a family.

I don’t know what I could have done. I just watched someone get taken off the street in broad daylight by masked people in unmarked vehicles and went mute.. it’s fucking with me. What could I have done? This is terrible.

A terrifying display of absolute brutality just went down in Chamblee, GA. A man was simply trying to get to work when ICE agents ambushed him at a gas station, beating him and putting him in a chokehold without ever asking for his ID.

He is now trapped in a hospital bed in a cervical neck brace, with an ICE agent stationed right at his feet keeping him in custody. His face is completely covered in blood and his teeth are damaged from the assault.

Listen to his own words from the hospital room. He can barely speak, warning that "my neck hurts a lot," "I can barely breathe," and "I can't move it much."

We cannot turn a blind eye to this violence happening directly in our communities. Read the full report and see the breakdown of the regional surge here:
