Saboteur — a pass-the-phone party drawing game where one of you is secretly faking it (no sign-up, no download)

Thanks for checking it out! Saboteur is a local party game you play by passing ONE phone around — fitting for this sub: no accounts, no download, no data collection.

✅ Runs in any standard browser — desktop (draw with the mouse) OR phone (touch). It's a pass-the-phone local game, so it shines with a group, but you can click through the whole flow solo on desktop to see how it works.

How it works: everyone gets the same secret word and adds one stroke to a shared drawing… except one player (the impostor) who has no idea what the word is and has to bluff. Then you discuss and vote on who was faking it.

A few things that make it spicy:

- 🎭 The impostor can SABOTAGE someone's turn — mess up another player's drawing to throw the suspicion onto them.

- ⚙️ Lots to customize: rounds, turn style, number of impostors, sabotage rules, hints for the impostor, plus quick presets (Quick / Classic / Chaos).

- 🌍 6 languages, runs offline once loaded.

Honestly I picture it for those in-between moments — at the pub, during a boring lecture, or at work when you're bored and just want to kill some time together. It's still an early demo, so I'm updating it often based on feedback.

Would love feedback on: is the impostor too easy/hard to catch, and is anything confusing in the first 30 seconds? 🙏

I keep removing features instead of adding them

I've been building a little browser soccer game for the last few months, and something unexpected keeps happening.

I'll spend days building a feature because I think it's going to make the game more fun.

Then people play it. Sometimes they love it. Sometimes the feedback is basically, "This was more fun before."

The weird part is that the more feedback I get, the more I'm simplifying things instead of adding new mechanics.

I've toned down special shots, changed the AI, simplified parts of the tutorial, and even cut a few ideas I was convinced would make the game better.

I'm curious if anyone else has hit this point.

How do you decide when a feature is actually making the game deeper versus just making it more complicated?

[Web] Hoops GM — free NBA-style GM sim with a live match engine, no download

I've been building Hoops GM — a free basketball franchise manager that runs entirely in your browser (desktop + mobile, no sign-up).

You run the front office: trades, the draft lottery, free agency, the salary cap — then coach live games on a real possession-by-possession engine, with an owner who tracks your record and can fire you.

Extras: pick a "franchise idol" to build around, blitz games at up to MAX speed, chase a Hall-of-Fame dynasty across seasons.

Play (free): https://hoops-gm-chi.vercel.app

Would love any feedback on the first 5 minutes.

Consider recording a demo video of your game!!

Hey, download my app, and record a demo of your game to post among with a link

All the streams I do are with https://demoscope.app

I'm the developer, let me know if you have any issues or ideas to improve it

It's free with watermark, or you can pay to remove the watermark.

But it's pretty good for free if you wanna just show off your game

All the streams at Twitch.tv/taltech are done with that app

iOS and Android

Try my football game please!

Hi. Solo dev, been building this for months, and it's finally stable enough that I want people to try it, I already have like 20 testers and ill upload this soon for free to appstore.

the idea:  You are one player, from a 16-year-old nobody to whatever legend you manage to become before you retire.

The football:

  • Pull back and release to shoot, and the contact point on the ball decides the angle and the curve. Power and accuracy are separate things: accuracy makes the ball follow the line you drew, power decides how hard it gets there.
  • 16 different chance types generated live, so a counter doesn't feel like a corner and a corner doesn't feel like a free kick. Dribbles, one-on-ones, penalties, driving the ball forward, playing a pass and then controlling the guy who receives it.
  • Defenders close you down while you aim, and your energy tank matters — tired, you shoot worse.
  • Practice mode if you just want to drill one situation over and over.

The career:

  • 1,600+ clubs across 30 countries, each in a three-division pyramid, plus 212 national teams. Everything you're not playing gets simulated: leagues, cups, European nights, the transfer market.
  • Contracts, agents, buyout clauses, loans, free agency. Clubs want you based on your rating, your position and where you finished in the Ballon d'Or voting — build a reputation and better clubs come calling.
  • National team selection is earned. There's a visible bar, and you can see the last man in and how far off you are.
  • Injuries with real consequences, relationships with teammates, coach and fans, post-match dilemmas where you actually choose.
  • Your teammates and rivals age, decline and retire around you, and new kids come through. So does your player, at 40.

The life around it:

  • A house you walk around in, that upgrades as you earn: trophy room, gym, pool, pets, an arcade machine with a working Snake game in it.
  • Sponsors, a shop, haircuts and beards you buy and actually see on your player.
  • Trophy ceremonies, galas, man-of-the-match moments, promotion and relegation — all as little 3D scenes, not a popup saying "you won".
  • A legacy screen that tracks where you rank all-time and who you still have to overtake.

Everything is 64px pixel art with a 2.5D game style, portrait, one-handed. Free, no ads, nothing to buy. Every club and player name is fictional.

I'll be in the comments all day.
