Parking Recommendations for guests

Anyone have recommendations for where to park this Saturday? I’m hosting around 20 people for a party and trying to figure out where I should tell people to find parking.

Edit: I am new to the area so forgive me

Considering moving to WNY...input welcome!

Hi all, I am considering moving there from the burbs. Originally, thought I would end up in JC but WNY is better for my budget and I really like Boulevard East. My main concern at the moment is loneliness. It doesn't seem as lively at JC or Hoboken, which is okay, but I need to know that there is life around. I am familiar with Bergenline, which is a bit overwhelming for me if I am being honest. I don't really have any friends out there so I am nervous. Are there walkable coffee shops? Is there a sense of community? Please help this apprehensive solo.

4th of July Weekend on Blvd E

For some reason this town thinks it's a good idea to block off 2 entire blocks of Blvd E parking for 72 hours from July 3rd to July 5th. Two long stretches from 62nd to 60th are all marked as no parking for the entire weekend.

This on top of a new PEO giving out tickets randomly where they are not applicable. This area already sucked for parking.

Edit: Apparently this has been a thing and I've just missed it in prior years because I was away or didn't own a car yet.

Thanks for your input guys, I'll be sure to check out town halls and keep informed

The Altiers apartment -- what's it like? Gym?

Has anyone visited the new Altiers apartment that's technically in West New York? How's the quality of the build, and what's the fitness centre/gym like? For an apartment that seems to boast about premium amenities I find it suspicious that they don't post pictures of their gym.
