From the Archive: Palestinian Leader George Habash Stands With the Sahrawi People (1979)

Not many people know that George Habash actually visited the Polisario leadership in the Tindouf camps in Algeria in the 1970s. He didn’t just send a statement, he showed up. He declared his support for the Sahrawi cause and called for the overthrow of Morocco’s reactionary monarchy. For him these weren’t two separate struggles. Same logic, same enemy structure.

Hey everyone,

I noticed a huge gap in how information about US college applications is shared across the continent. It’s either scattered on 50 different websites, hidden behind expensive consultants and advisors, or just plain confusing.

I’ve started a free blog called Project Afro-Admit to help Africans (and internationals beyond the continent) navigate the process without the stress. I'm a student who just went through it all successfully, and I want to make sure the next group doesn't have to struggle as much as I did.

My first post on the "5 Lies" of the process is live now. If you’re currently in the trenches or know someone who is, I hope this helps.
