Deadpool needs to find help to take him down to stop these maniacal attacks on the world, especially in earth 616, he can't get back home because he needs to stop Sinister and get back home before anything bad happens, he wonders the world to find an avenger or hero that he knows to team up with him and end sinisters evil doings. He sees Yelena Bolvrea Natasha's younger sister, he's so in love with her like he has for Natasha, and follows to her get attention from her and ask her to join him on a mission which is actually heavily related to her past herself, being a tragic red room agent, turn anti hero. Deadpool catches her during a crazy and wacky rooftop chase and grabs her, and he sees the deadly, ferocious and effortlessly beauty and even fan girls over her almost obsessively, but Yelena just snaps her out and ain't having his bullshit, but deadpool isn't here for crazy love only, he needs her because the villain he after, might have connections to her, and might end something dangerous and can cause massive and crucial consequences. Yelena in an annoying and fed up way agrees to help him, and he's so happy. Along the way the polar opposite of leads goes on a wacky and explosive adventure to stop Mr Sinister evil plans, and even deadpool as the fan he is tries to stop open up with Yelena because he has dying and loving crush on her and sees her like a beautiful and perfect woman, Yelena continuously beats him up along the way as comedic purpose, but also has the same feelings for him to, and even respects sees him as a friend or partner that both can relate too, like a odd secret couple, but not official one.)

In this universe, While Spider-Man is out being busy fighting and being the hero of the city, Mary Jane is out shopping for the day, while her spider lover is fighting deadly forces. But tragedy strikes, when news comes on and people on the streets of New York wittiness their saviour's defeat has comes into their lives, where Spider-Man, the hero of the city has died under the hands of notorious and infamous sinister 6, as Spider-Man is covered in blood and beaten up so roughly and messy as well. The whole of New York are in tears, people stop with what their doing, and watch a broken Spider-Man trying to get up, but he struggles and starts to lose his senses. Mary Jane makes it to find Peter and runs towards and starts to hug them and cradle him in his blood, as he starts to die, as he sees Mary Jane's dazzling and hungry eyes and he says to her in his final words, ''I love you'' and then he dies, and Mary Jane cries in pain and after that, everything changes for the worst.

A couple of years later, and Mary Jane has been living through 5 years of grief and regretting that she could've saved Peter's life, but a dark, horror and demon like being comes into her house, he introduces himself as Mephisto and she's wants to know why is here. He offers her to give her a chance to get revenge and vengeance on the people who killed Peter and be with him again forever. Mary Jane thinks about it, with the all of rage, anger and hesitate to give those villains some blood on their hands. She agrees to it and Mephisto is happy and warns her that something inside will change her, but doesn't say specifics and leaves her. A few nights later, she sees the sinister 6 are out on the night on TV, and this could be her chance to get vengeance on them, but she starts to feel sweaty and steamy, her skin gets hot and even flames from her back starts to crawl all over her body and screams so manically, her skin peeling off so dramatically and horrific explodes. She awakens a curse knows as ''Spirit of Vengeance'' her eyes are flaming hot and healthy and sporty look is burning so fast, and she slowly likes this new look and makes her move to hunt down the sinister 6 and also finds a black and leather bike. She wears her red and black jacket and cool sunglasses and rides off to get her revenge and be a hero that Peter wanted her to be. She is now The flaming and super hot Mary Jane, aka Ghost rider the Mistress of vengeance.
