I run Aroma and this comes up when I press the "Payload loader installer".
I can't find the file it's referring to so haven't deleted that.Yet things I've tried:
*formated using guiformat
*different SD
*several different mini adapters
*The SD *definitely* isn't locked
*Replaced Homebrew_on_menu_plugin v0.1.9 with v0.1.8
*Created sd:\wiiu\homebrew_on_menu_plugin\

So I'm new to WiiU modding (i just bought an already modded one cheap off ebay) but I'm not new to modding/emulation/etc. as a whole. I've been watching youtube videos by
"Below Average Gaming", and noticed him saying that your gonna want an SD card, a hard drive for wiiU games etc. But then says you cant do wiiU and wii/GC on the same hard drive. I saw another video by "Bytes N Bits" saying that you can do this with ISFShax.
So I would like to know...WHY. Why to all of this. I have 512GB v30 SD cards, are those good? I have a 2TB WD Elements hard drive, is that good? Should I use micro SD cards? is there a reason why I cant have it all on one big SD card? is the HDD set up the best setup? Is it better to store NES SNES N64 GC WII on the SD card or Hard drive? Ive already got all the WIIU games i want and its only 212GB, but I have an EXTENSIVE Nintendo catalog of NES/SNES/N64/GC/WII library that is easily 1TB
Essentially I guess I'm asking for a lesson on this.

So I’ve followed a tutorial as told on YouTube of how to mod the Wii and have my installed games play though the USB installer, but as I was loading into the USB loader, it was stuck on instalizing device and I couldn’t do anything since it had froze. The Wii eventually powered off and now it doesn’t work. When opened it instantly closes and returns to the wii menu.
Whenever I open aroma using the health and safety app thr screen goes black, and the only way to turn it off is unplugging the console or holding powerbutton on console for about 5 seconds, because when the screens are black the gamepad won't connect with console.Thsi happend right after I tried to put SDcafiine on my wii u. I was wondering if there was a fix for this, cause I read in some posts that I can just move my the files to another sd card.
I know this might sound stupid, but my uncle was able to have the whole Wii library on his Wii through homebrew and I was curious if I would be able to do the same thing on Wii U? I already have Aroma installed and what not, but I want to try and get the Wii and/or Wii U library on mine if possible
I tried following the aura tutorial and dumped my files. When I put the ed card into my pc nothing was there and now my console and controller won't go past this screen. Ive tried booting with and without the sd card and nothing works

this shows up when i try to move mario kart 8 from NAND to an external hardrive, amd my wiiu is modded so its relevant to ts subreddit
So I got a restart app on Wii U, which is stupid of me because every controller has a power button. But anyway, it would be stuck on the Wii U menu loading screen, so I deleted every file on the sd card and replaced it with the aroma files from the aroma website, but now when I turn it on with the sd card, it shows this. Can someone help, please?
Hello all! My name is Casriel and I am working on a project called “Project Sunshine,” a project that aims to port all of UNDERTALE, DELTARUNE, and maybe more games to consoles like the 3DS, Wii U, and GameCube!
Me and a few other people are currently working on DELTARUNE Wii U, and we have got all 4 chapters working ALMOST in their entirety!
Chapter 1 is able to be completed from start to finish with minor bugs. As of 05/11/26, it is still in development, but we plan to release it soon!!! :3
This is possible using our open source project called Cinnamon which is a GML runner in C for the 3DS, Wii U, and (maybe soon) GameCube, which basically “emulates” GameMaker games.
We have also been focused on our UNDERTALE Wii U port, which has been released on both our GitHub and Discord, and is completely playable on all 3 routes with minor bugs!

So first off, I’m following this video tutorial where it says to run one of the EXE’s but my folder has a bunch of different files and different EXE’s.
2nd, I tried to run one and Windows said it’s a malicious program.
Is it still safe? I downloaded from the WiiDatabase.
And yes I’m on Wii U, I’m setting this up for VWii.
I've got Timesplitters 2 and 3 on my Wii U. But I've run into a unique issue where for some reason the image is being displayed on the far left side of the screen and is also not taking up the full width of the screen.
But as you can see this issue isn't happening with other games as Four Swords works as intended.
Does anyone know what is happening? I've attached my Nintendon't settings.
For reference I'm launching these games through the Wii U menu.

What should I use to download wii games on wii u? Nushplii is lacking some games for ex it doesnt have smash wii or wii sports .
I have WUP installer GX2 but when I try to run it it says no installable content found?
Do I need two separate storage devices one for Nussplii and one for WUP or whatever I use for my wii games?
Are there applications like nussplii where I download on wii u and not have to download to my computer and move onto wii u?
I plugged my wiiu usb hard drive (1tb) into my pc to check something out and now when i plugged it back in my wiiu all my wiiu games and save data are gone what should i do without formatting the usb.

When I try to open a game installed on Tiramisu in Aroma, it says it was installed by another user. Do I have to reinstall the games in Aroma?
