All I could find is contradicting posts. Is this actually possible and how can I pull it off.
I already tried plugging it in with an USB cable but it didn‘t work…

Most of the time I read about the wii u hacks guide, but since I want to use the SD USB method to run my back ups I would have to follow wafel installer. (The SD-Card I am using is a long endurance one)
