What's under Suo's eye patch?

Hello, sorry for mistakes, this is my first post.

I just noticed that Red Chanpurus boss has a similar eye colour to Suo. He clearly had an eye injury based on the scar, but could Suo be wearing the eye patch because he gave his eye to him? (Not sure if I worded that in a way that makes sense🙁)

(Spoliers for 231) this page made me think about something

In this opening scene for the chapter the RC officers are discussing a new patrol system that Suo/sun-fei introduced and he makes it clear that he is “Just borrowing the idea” and one of the other officers notes that he still adjusted it to fit the RC better. 

Then they mention that Suos has been "studying hard at that interesting place” and I think its safe to say that place is Furin. 

What if: one of the reasons Suo came to Furin (maybe not the only but one) is because the RC had heard of Furin (which in turn explains how Rakta knew where the infelterion group where from a few chapters ago) and sent Suo to see how they managed their town to borrow ideas, and know when Suo have seen enough he has decided to return to the RC for good. 

That's just a small idea I had while reading this chapter, but I'm sure we will get a full explanation soon enough. 

Also while i dont have alot to say about this chapter, I will say that the art and presentation were great, especially towards the end.

To pass the time until the next chapter, I decided to post one question a day because I’m bored ^^

Question 1: If you had to choose a WB character as your confidant/best friend, who would you choose?

(Important: They didn’t live through the events of WB. They have the same design, personality, and more or less the same backstory, but you can’t say things like “Umemiya, because he’d introduce me to all of Bofurin” or “>!Endo, because I’d get everything I want!<.” They’re simply a random kid/classmate.)

(Spoilers for 231) So they've only started doing this NOW??

You're telling me the biggest group we've been introduced to thus far has only now started doing street patrols for they're area?

Like fr? You'd think for such a large group living in a pretty rough area they'd started patrolling sooner? it's such a basic concept but they act like this is some new revolutionary idea when it's not

Is it some different kind of patrolling? But we know suo took it from bofurin and as far as i remember, all bofurin does on patrols is just walk around in groups helping people and watching out for fights which is a basic concept
