Car lift service- Dubai to Abu Dhabi

Hi ladies! I am currently in talks with an employer in Mafraq, Abu Dhabi and looking at temporary transport options from Dubai before I decide to actually move there. Does anyone have any reference or suggestions? I would physically not be able to handle 2 hour drives each way daily, so Id prefer to outsourced this.

So I have been thinking a lot of money and the psychology of money…

With everything going on recently, I have been thinking a lot about the psychology of money and how our thoughts and belief dictate how we spend or save money. I discussed this with a few friends and they’ve had similar experiences!! So I ended up reaching out to a wealth coach I knew and organised a workshop!

It’s an intimate workshop but I have a few spots left and thoughts I’d share (maybe a few of you are having similar thoughts?)

Clear Out! 🛍

Hey girls 🤍 I'm planning on leaving Dubai soon and I'm having a little clear out.

I'm a female business owner and have some activewear stock sitting in my second bedroom that I need to move quality pieces, great prices. I'm also clearing out some of my own personal wardrobe including some dresses I've barely worn.

Happy to open up my home for an hour. its just me and my fluffy babies. One lady at a time or small groups, whatever works.

If you're interested drop me a DM and I'll send you photos and prices.

Loneliness

Hi ladies,
Who are not working and have unsupportive basically emotionally unavailable husband at home - how do you really cop up with the alone feeling after moving to UAE after marriage and what you do to keep your mental health in a good state specially when husband doesn’t even ask how you are feeling or he remains in his own world ?

Private housekeeper UAE

I have been recently searching for private housekeeper prospects in UAE. A little backstory,, I worked for a certain company (BPO)in its Nairobi Branch for 7 years. So I was confident I'm a skilled female coming to thrive in UAE. In 2025 I squeezed my life In 2 bags and left everything behind.Looking back I wish I knew what I know now but I'm not punishing myself for not knowing. I landed in the middle of summer.i knew no one in Dubai. Bedspace. The Heat. The crazy job search. Visa running out. Long story short I got a housekeeping job in a 5star hotel resort in Palm Jumeirah. It has been an experience. I still believe I'm no ordinary housekeeper. My skill set and my brain is above the clean and dust.I respect my humble restart for the lessons I learn on a daily basis.

This got me wondering, are there people looking for more than a housemaid in this UAE. From testimonies around me, most employers prefer a timid and very shrank help. No one wants the help planning on outlook, storing in Microsoft, etc. But I'm asking here on a broader channel, are there executive or personal housekeepers/household assistant opportunities in UAE?

Heidi is a 1-year-old sweet girl, spayed and fully vaccinated. She’s been through a lot… after being bitten by another cat, she suffered nerve damage in one of her legs.

She has been in the clinic for around 45 days, and I even took her for 6 physiotherapy sessions at Modern Veterinary Hospital, but sadly there hasn’t been improvement. The clinic at Petopia continues her basic exercises, but she needs something more important now — a home.

Heidi cannot go back to the street in this condition. She deserves safety, care, and someone who will give her a chance at a gentle life. Despite everything, she is a loving cat who just needs a calm environment and a kind heart.

If you can foster or adopt Heidi, please reach out. Even sharing her story could help her find the right person.

Let’s not let her story end here

Women-owned UAE accounting firm here, ask me anything (genuinely free advice!)

Fellow women in business, this one is for you.

I am a qualified Chartered Accountant with over three years of experience as a Tax Consultant, and even longer as an Accountant. I have worked across the full spectrum, from SMBs all the way up to MNCs, and recently took the leap to start my own women-owned boutique Advisory firm right here in the UAE.

At Finovo & Co., we offer:
• Accounting and Bookkeeping
• VAT and Corporate Tax compliance
• Financial and Tax Advisory
• M&A Advisory
• And more

Everything is handled by a qualified, experienced team and delivered to the standard your business actually deserves.

But honestly, the reason I am posting is this: I know how confusing and frustrating the financial and tax side of running a business can get, especially in the UAE where the regulations are still relatively new and constantly evolving.

So if any of you have questions around VAT registration, VAT filing, business structuring, Corporate Tax reliefs, CT filing, or even just general bookkeeping concerns, drop them below or send me a DM. I am genuinely happy to advise, completely free of charge, no pitch at the end of it.

We are all building something. Would love to support a few of you along the way.

support groups for schizophrenia/ caregivers?

where would i find support groups here in the uae? preferably ones that have regular meetups and get togethers with people diagnosed with schizo/any other similar disorders/caregivers. maybe even events or workshops?

im in my early 20s and have a sibling thats going through a psychotic episode rn (second time since last year), was diagnosed with schizo last year. its been really difficult to see them like this and i genuinely dont know much about the condition and not sure how/when to help (reading up more on it though!). i dont even know who to talk to about it cus while i do tell friends (super supportive), its just not the same compared to someone thats seen their loved one go through the same thing.

id love to meet people who have had similar experiences and just talk about it, discuss, learn more about what life has looked like for people going through conditions like these. to join in person support groups if those exist here.

preferably groups with a similar age range if thats not too picky (20-30)/or female. idm older either. dubai/sharjah/ajman would be great but i can travel further if needed.

im planning on bringing them with me once theyre more stable and able to handle communicating with strangers.

(ps: yes theyre taking meds and have regular scheduled appointments)

if there are any whatsapp groups i can get added to pls dm, or any advice you have

UAE Cafés & Restaurants

Hello. I am the founder of Kafe’ Kaamil instant premixes, and I am looking to connect with local café, restaurant, bakery, catering and hospitality business owners. We recently introduced our new Instant Lemon Tea Premix flavor (enjoyed both hot & iced) and I’d love to have local cafés and restaurants sample it in exchange for genuine feedback.

If you own a café/restaurant, or know someone who does and would be interested, please feel free to DM me or reach out on Instagram at kafekaamil. Thank you!

Can any of you lovely ladies help me 💗

Hey ladies, I’m a 28 year old British girl, who left the UK last November, long story short I left a very abusive relationship and decided to come here and find myself again and fall in love with life after hating it for so long! I absolutely love it here and have fell in love with the culture and faith of this country. And for the first time in a long time I feel safe and happy. But I can’t find a job and I’m scared that I am going to have to go back home and I don’t know what will be waiting for me when I get back.

I was a trainee lawyer back home and have experience in being personal assistance to politicians. I also hold a degree from a university in public relations and communications So I’m pretty flexible in what I can do.

If any of you lovely people have any suggestions or know anyone hiring. Please let me know! Thank you 💗💗
