I built a weekly to-do app because calendars and normal to-do apps feel messy

Most to do apps turn into one messy list, and calendars feel too strict when you just want to stay organized for the week.

Tally keeps it simple: your tasks are organized by day, so you can see the week clearly without times, reminders, due dates, or calendar clutter.

You can also reorder tasks inside each day, so the most important things stay at the top.

It also has light/dark mode and home screen widgets.

It’s free to try for 7 days with no commitment, then a one time unlock for €2. No subscription. I kept it cheap because I want to get it into the hands of as many people as possible.

I’m also very open to feedback, if you try it out :)

What is one thing that completely changed your life but cost less than $100?

I’m trying to improve my life and build better habits.

What is one thing you bought, learned, or started doing that had the biggest positive impact on your life for less than $100?

It can be a product, skill, routine, book, app, or anything else.

I'm curious to hear real experiences.

Been Using lPTV in Ireland and the UK for About 2 Years Now – Some Thoughts and What I've Learned

Right, so I've been messing around with IPTV in both Ireland and the UK since early 2024 and thought I'd share my experience because when I first started, I genuinely had no idea what I was doing.

I was paying ridiculous money every month for Sky and other subscriptions, barely watching half the channels available. A friend mentioned IPTV Ireland services and that basically sent me down the rabbit hole.

## The Beginning (and the Mistakes)

The first thing I bought was one of those "fully loaded" Android boxes from a local seller. Cost me nearly €90 and supposedly came with every channel imaginable plus lifetime access.

Worked perfectly for a few weeks.

Then everything disappeared.

Turns out the subscription expired, the seller vanished, and I was left with a useless box.

After that I started trying random IPTV providers Ireland recommendations from forums and Facebook groups. Some worked for a month, some buffered constantly, and a few simply stopped responding after payment.

That's when I realized you actually need to be careful when choosing an IPTV provider.

## My Current Setup

These days I'm running a Firestick 4K with Tivimate Premium installed.

Honestly, Tivimate made a bigger difference than I expected. The interface feels far more professional compared to most IPTV apps and everything is easier to organize.

For the service itself, I've been using *https://iptv-provider.irish\* for quite a while now. It's been one of the more stable IPTV Ireland options I've tested and I haven't really felt the need to keep switching providers every few months.

## Channels and Quality

The main thing I wanted was reliable UK and Irish channels.

With *https://iptv-provider.irish\*, I've been getting access to:

* BBC channels

* ITV

* Channel 4

* Sky Sports

* TNT Sports

* RTÉ

* Virgin Media Ireland

* International entertainment channels

* Movies and TV series libraries

The HD quality has generally been solid on the channels I watch most.

Not every single channel is perfect, but that's pretty normal with most IPTV UK services.

## Sports Performance

Sports were honestly the biggest reason I started using IPTV.

I watch Premier League football almost every weekend along with Champions League matches, boxing events, UFC cards, and Formula 1.

The streams have held up surprisingly well.

During major football matches I've occasionally switched to backup streams, but compared to some cheaper IPTV UK providers I tested before, the difference has been noticeable.

If you're searching for the best IPTV UK service specifically for sports, reliability during peak hours matters far more than simply having thousands of channels.

## Why Tivimate Is Worth It

A lot of people overlook the player they're using.

Tivimate Premium gives you:

* Better EPG support

* Custom channel groups

* Favorites lists

* Multi-playlist support

* Cleaner navigation

For anyone using IPTV Ireland or IPTV UK services, I genuinely think Tivimate is worth paying for.

It makes the whole experience feel much closer to traditional television.

## Things Nobody Really Tells You

### Your Internet Matters

A good IPTV provider still needs decent broadband.

I'm on fibre internet and rarely have issues.

A friend of mine in a rural area with slower broadband experienced far more buffering than I ever did.

### EPG Isn't Always Perfect

Sometimes programme guides are slightly wrong or delayed.

It's not a massive issue but it's something worth knowing beforehand.

### Customer Support Makes a Difference

One thing I learned quickly is that support matters.

The team behind *https://iptv-provider.irish\* usually replies within a reasonable time whenever I've had setup questions or account-related issues.

That alone puts them ahead of several providers I tried previously.

## IPTV in Ireland

My cousin in Dublin recently switched from a traditional TV package because the monthly costs were becoming ridiculous.

He started using *https://iptv-provider.irish\* after I recommended it and has been getting Irish channels, UK channels, sports, and international content without needing multiple subscriptions.

For people specifically searching for IPTV providers Ireland, having both Irish and UK content available in one place is a major advantage.

## Is It Worth It?

For me personally, yes.

I went from spending over €100 monthly on television services to paying a fraction of that while still watching everything I actually care about.

That doesn't mean IPTV is perfect.

You'll still get:

* Occasional buffering

* Channel maintenance

* EPG issues

* App updates

But overall the value is difficult to ignore.

## Final Thoughts for 2026

Compared to a few years ago, IPTV has become much more stable and user-friendly.

Apps are better, setup is easier, and the overall viewing experience has improved significantly.

Whether you're looking for IPTV Ireland, IPTV providers Ireland, best IPTV UK options, or reliable IPTV UK services in general, finding a provider that focuses on stability rather than marketing promises is probably the most important thing.

After trying several different services over the last couple of years, I've stuck with the setup I'm currently using because it simply works.

If you're considering cutting the cord and moving away from expensive TV subscriptions, IPTV is definitely worth looking into.
