I’m sure there’s few who have it but since it’s in the wild and lots of us have owned the v3 - what feedback - thumbs up or down, do you have for the new v4? How’s stick tension?
Found this motherboard while upgrading to TMR, the big motors are not soldered, they have connectors, the 3.5mm audio plug is soldered to the board, the usb c is different, the conector of the bottom is different, and they are labeled as M1107087-008 Revision 1.7 and Jelling Rev 2.2.
I’ve never seen this board, are they common or just really new versions? It’s a velocity green 1914 controller.
I don’t think it’s a fake board, the console recognizes it, you can even update the firmware and recalibrate the sticks.
Hey my controller got stick dift on the left stick
Anyone know how to fix it?
I have done a thumbstick replacement on my Series X controller - it is working, all button presses, new thumb sticks - all working.
However since doing this the controller does not work with a battery pack in (unless plugged in). It does not connect to my PC, but connecting wirelessly to the Xbox works just fine.
This is my first solder job I’ve done so feel free to slate it - it’s not perfect but i think happy with it, I scratched up some solder mask etc but nothing is shorted to ground as far as I checked at least on the thumbstick through holes.
Any ideas?

Firmware’s updated, calibrated, mapped and deadzones set on the low end. The app to calibrate this has both right and left sides of the deadzone map so that’s somewhat confusing but it’s probably just me.
Match starts, and any sudden high speed flicks and my screens wandering off. Whyyyyyy does this happen???

This is the most recently released non-E version. The one with tension rings.
I tried plugging it in but it doesnt come up,but it gets power as it vibrates when i plug the cabe in, i dont know what else to do as i have been trying to repair it for the last 6 hours
My son is a one handed gamer and I have arthritis so squeezing triggers catches up to both of us after a while. he hits buttons that he doesn't mean and my ring and pinky fingers seize up. The mouse click buttons and triggers mod made it to where my hands aren't all cramped up after an hour or so of a hardcore Doom Revelations session! We also installed the TMR K Silver Joysticks and the foam rings and joystick caps are pretty fun on FPS. I plan on putting a Hope Remap kit for back paddles and then have a friend hand paint the face plate. if you're a mature seasoned aged like wine gamer like myself, check these mods out!

Since the Xbox and IKEA Collab has just come out. I decided to take a trip to my local IKEA and get the controller display shelves.
Very impressive and £15 each!
i just bought this Elite 2 yesterday, its my first expensive controller and i am very happy with it.
but as soon as i got home and tried it, the LT trigger makes this weird click noise and feel sometimes, i am no expert but i think this shouldn't be happening, because not even my normal Xbox controller does this.
i took it back to the place i bought to show theres something wrong with it, but they said its normal because the controller is new and this sound will to away with time, is this true? is this normal and will go away with use or should i do something?
i know its such a small complain but for a controller this expensive you definitely expect it to have no problems, this have been bothering me :/
