I somehow got a KosMos on my first rare blade pull on Rex, and I’ve watched enough videos to know she is rare. However, today as I watch more videos, I found out that 1. shouldnt bother pulling on Rex and 2. Rex isn’t not good at cannons and 3. it costs a rare item to move blades around.

Now I’m paranoid about pulling any further. What if I gimp my game now by getting all the wrong blades on the wrong drivers? Am I missing something? Most of my knowledge is theoretical for now so happy to hear from experienced players.

I have just finished Chapter 10.

For context, I have been singing the praises of this game; the sidequests, the gameplay, the character building, worldbuilding, level design, music - its all fantastic, absolutely amazing. Ive found myself lost in it multiple times, often putting the main quest to the side and just doing side content and being immersed for hours. Quite a few of the sidequests have made me emotional or brought tears.

That being said, I still need a plot to wrap this altogether man. The premise of this game is interesting but I really am worried like this game isn't going to bring any sort of twist or grand finale or anything. Like humanity has this big countdown timer on our entire race thats a big clock and its at 7% now and Elma is still saying things like "we should find the lifehold ASAP" girl why is the entirity of humanity not on that right now looking for it??? What is the point sitting indoors until we all turn off?

Its frustrating me because I love the side characters, the side stories, everything - the side dishes were great but I need the main course and I have a bad feeling its not going to even have one. Unless some big things happen in the last 2 chapters, I can see this game being stuck at an 8/10 despite everything it nails so well.

I cant believe I just cried at >!flying for the first time in this game!< lmao. Just finished Chapter 9 and went straight to unlock it. In fairness, my eyes were just wet and I was emotional whilst the >!song was playing!< for the first time, but its when you get back and >!Lin!< tells you why she wanted so bad to make it happen, fuck dude.

This game is peak.

What a gameplay moment that earns its flowers in spades.
