Looking for 10-20 people interested in personal growth and intentional change

I'm currently seeking beta testers for a free workbook designed to help you reflect, build self-awareness and take action on things that are important to you.

As a beta tester, you aren't only helping me improve the workbook- you are helping shape a resource that may benefit others taking a similar journey.

A journey that starts with helping yourself.

This comes with the opportunity of having potential meet ups, building community and connections with others doing the same thing.

Your honest feedback on your overall experience is what I am interested in.

If you would like to be part of the beta testing group, feel free to send me a message or comment on the post. I'd love to hear from you!

Make new frnds and daily accountable partner.

Hello everyone !

I am a master's student in physics and I spend most of the time in the lab carrying out my experiment..So, I don't get much time to spend with my frnds as all of them are busy with their thesis as well..So, I am looking for some frnds over here with whom I can do daily check-ins and can build good frndship as well..

The activities that I do apart from my studies are nature walks, clicking moments everyday, documenting myself, playing tennis and volleyball, workouts, and doodling when my mind gets off..sometimes I draw as well but didn't draw anything lately..

What am I learning lately ? I am giving my hands on 🎹, and swimming 🥽..and I am trying to improve on these 2 things by the end of this year..So yeah if someone is looking for an accountable partner for check-ins, we both can have..One more thing, I want to develop a habit of book reading so if someone does, then plz rescue me out and guide me..

I do watch a lot of TV shows/movies/anime as well..so we can yap on all of these as well..

I am 22 and I prefer ppl around my age grp (19-24)..and serious ppl who don't disappear after few msgs.. Don't bother to text me, if u are not serious..

TL;DR : Master's student, looking for frnds as an accountable partner for daily check-ins and working together on improving our activities..

Strict Accountability Partner

Hi, I'm a 23 year old student. I'm looking for an accountability partner. Goals do not have to match. You just need to be serious and consistent. I'll push you and call you out. You do the same for me. We keep each other on track. If it's not equal effort, it's not going to work. If either of us slips, there are consequences. I can be lenient with you. For me, it needs to be strict. I want someone who will actually hold me to it. If you won't, don't contact me. Message me if you are serious about consistency.

34f trying to a start a small accountability group

Hey, I am currently in this point in my life where I'm working 2 jobs and taking classes to try to build myself in a way I didn't care about in my 20s. But, I'm not fully utilizing my time and I'm not doing everything necessary to meet goals.

Ive seen a few posts like this where we meet in the mornings, or text in the mornings to discuss the days goals, then in the evening to discuss what was accomplished.

Keeping myself accountable online

Since I’ve experienced a life altering event a year ago. I haven’t been the same since.
I’ve not been able to achieve my goals or have dreams of what I actually want to do in life.
Something I definitely do not want is to be influenced by other’s intentions for my life so I have decided to track this to really understand what I want.
if you do see this, don’t hesitate to say hi or anything really.

My Goals for the Week 1-7th July
\- Go to the gym (2x -3x)
\- Do my hobbies (3x)
\- Post 4x on TikTok (my goal is 500 followers but I want to post meaningful things not just rubbish )
\- Log in Daily Reflection Journal but good things only try to stay away from the negative
\- Sleep for 8hrs (everyday)
\- Post on Substack (2-3x)
\-Practice Theory Test Questions (1hr daily) x6-7

38F Looking for exc and accountability partner

Hi everyone! 😊
I’m a 38 year-old female from Singapore looking for a female accountability buddy (or a small group) to build healthier habits together.
My goals are:
• 🚶 Walk 8,000–10,000 steps most days
• 💪 Exercise 3–5 times a week
• 🥗 Eat healthier and lose weight gradually
• 😴 Build healthy daily habits like sleeping on time, staying hydrated, and being consistent
I’m not looking for competition or perfection—just someone who is genuinely committed to becoming healthier. It would be great to have daily or regular check-ins where we encourage each other, celebrate small wins, and stay accountable.
I’m hoping to find someone with a similar positive mindset—someone who wants to lift each other up rather than make excuses or pull each other down. We all have off days, but I’d love a buddy who’s willing to keep trying and help each other stay on track.
Ideally, someone in Singapore or a similar time zone would be great, but I’m open to anyone who’s kind, supportive, and committed.
If this sounds like you, I’d love to connect! 😊

Looking for a small accountability group we track daily sessions and compete on a leaderboard

Running a small group where everyone logs their daily sessions (any discipline — gym, study, deep work, whatever you're working on), uploads quick proof to keep it honest, and competes on a leaderboard together. Someone passes you, you get a nudge. Streak breaks are visible to the group.

5-10 people max so it stays tight. DM me if you want the squad code.

Looking for health/fitness accountability partner!

I’m sure this gets posted a lot so I’m open to either a partner or group! I’m in Colorado Springs but have been posting my accountability on instagram stories so distance doesn’t matter to me.

I’m 34/f who just got back into working out. I’m doing 5 workouts 2 rest days a week. I’m human so I know that things happen but I don’t want to fall off again, this time I want to stick to it and never look back!

Let me know if you’re interested!

Looking for a small group of serious 2026 grads targeting Software Engineering roles

I'm 22M, and I'm looking to put together a small Discord group (around 5–8 people) for those aiming to land a Software Engineer role this year.

The idea isn't another study group where everyone shares resources and disappears. Instead, we'd act as each other's managers and hold one another accountable for actually making progress.

Things we'd keep each other accountable for:

DSA practice

Building and shipping projects

Resume improvements

Job applications and referrals

Mock interviews

Networking

Daily/Weekly goals and progress updates

The goal is to create an environment where everyone is consistently executing rather than procrastinating.

I'm ideally looking for people who:

Are 2026 grads (or actively targeting software/IT roles this year).

Are genuinely committed to improving.

Can spend a few minutes each day posting progress and participating in weekly check-ins.

This isn't meant to be a huge community. I'd rather have 5 highly committed people than 100 inactive members.

If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, send me a chat invite with a bit about yourself (tech stack, projects, interview prep status, etc.). If we have enough like-minded people, I'll set up a Discord server and we can get started.

Someone please be my accountability ally because depression is fucking up my life real bad

Can someone who really really gets depression agree to co-regulate virtually so we get through the basics through a day/week because I genuinely want to make it to my goals....it just feels like I am pulled down and held under the water all the time with the weight of depression. But I really want to....so anyone here who probably has the milder version but full understanding of the condition.

I am sorry I can't afford therapy but I am not looking for therapy, i am just looking for someone to stay by my side in the void and someone who can help me get through.

Daily Weight Loss Buddy: Female 35-45

Hello,
I am looking for a detail and goal oriented female who is looking to lose 10-15 pounds in the next two months. I’d like to send daily pictures of meals to each other as well as weekly weigh ins. I’m looking for a female buddy who’s a little older (30s, 40s) who doesn’t drink alcohol and has good nutrition and an active lifestyle. I am 45 years old. I’m very active, but love food too much. I’m a teacher and get bored in the summer and tend to gain weight. I’d like to lose 10-15 pounds (which I’ve been struggling with after age 40). Ideally, I’d like somebody with EST in the U. S. so that we in the same time zone. Please respond if you’re serious. I’d like to start tomorrow.

The "app fatigue" was killing my productivity, so I built my own way out.

Hey fellow productivity dwellers,

I’ve been hanging around here for a while and seeing a lot of posts about the struggle to stay consistent. I totally relate. For the longest time, my daily routine was scattered across a million places. I had one app for my workout streaks, Apple Notes for my random daily tasks, and a physical journal for my bigger 3-month goals. Honestly, managing my productivity tools was taking up more time and mental energy than actually doing the work.

I got so frustrated with the friction that I decided to just build my own solution. I wanted one single place that handled everything without feeling cluttered. I ended up creating Pando.

The main thing I wanted to fix was how isolated tracking usually feels. I built a "Partner Activities" feature so my friends and I could track our habits together. Now, we can see each other's daily progress and send little nudges if someone is slacking on their morning routine. It’s crazy how much more motivated you get when you know your buddy is watching your streak.

Instead of just simple checkboxes, I made sure you can track exact numbers like reading 20 pages or drinking 2 liters of water and actually see your progress visually with heatmaps and a calendar view where your successful days light up in green. It handles your daily habits, your bigger goals, and those annoying one-off tasks with smart reminders. I even added home screen widgets because out of sight usually means out of mind for me.

I made it look super clean (you can customize the cards and themes, and it has a great dark mode) and made sure everything syncs to the cloud securely. Most importantly, I hate ads and data mining, so there's absolutely none of that.

I know dropping an app link can sometimes feel a bit salesy, but I genuinely built this out of my own frustration with the current tools out there. I thought it might help some of you who are tired of jumping between five different apps just to keep life organized.

You can check it out here: Pando: Shared Habit Tracker

How do you guys currently manage the habit/task/goal split? Do you use one tool or a bunch of them? I'd love to hear about your setups!

24 F Accountability Group

Hey everyone! I’m looking to put together a small, tight-knit accountability group of women for the next 90 days (July 1st to September 30th).

I want us to smash our goals now, before that inevitable year-end fatigue kicks in later this year!

I ran a successful short-term challenge last year (instead it was 75days inspired by the 75 day hard) and learned that small groups work best. This will be hosted on WhatsApp because it’s personal, easy to access, and much harder to ghost than a massive Discord or Slack channel. Open to women of all ages!

The Big Rule: No Vague Goals.

I’m looking for women working on tangible, daily/weekly actions. Instead of "I want to save money," your goal should be "I will track my spending daily and cook at home 5 days a week." Instead of "I want to write more," it should be "I will write 500 words every day." We need concrete metrics so we can actually keep each other accountable.

How it will work:

Daily check-ins: A quick evening/morning text in the group chat confirming you did your daily task. (I’m from South Africa btw so I’m aware we might be in different time zones)

Weekly reflections: A short summary of what went well and what we're adjusting for the next week.

Group Size: Capped at 4 to 5 women max so it stays personal and supportive.

If you’re ready to lock in for the next 90 days, please DM me with:

Your timezone.

The specific, tangible goal you want to crush.

The exact daily action you will take to get there.

Let's clear out our Q3 goals before the rest of the world starts slowing down for the holidays!
