Email notifications have not details after latest True Image update

I like getting the email updates after a completed backup job. I used to get a verbose log before I did the last program update.

Start time, all kinds of steps (helpful if there is an issue) and completion time. I like to see how long the backup took without starting up the program. And if there is a backup issue, you want the detailed info.

Now it just says this in the body of the email:

(Backup job name) completed successfully.

Description:

That is it. All blank after description. I am traveling and can't monitor a ticket but wanted to quickly share this.

Thanks

i face this problem on my new laptop with a 2k resolution. Works on my old laptop with just full HD. I'm using ATI 2025 perpetual edition.

reason: wanted to make an offline backup.

anyone else encountered a similar problem and found a solution?

What is OT Downtime Really Costing You?

https://preview.redd.it/8i2cvvazft0h1.jpg?width=1200&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b4801b178f1dfe1c7f3e3e1c9466a7fa2de3184c

Ever wondered what OT downtime is actually costing your operation?

It’s probably more than you think.

Unplanned OT downtime can be a massive financial drain. That’s why Acronis built an ICS / OT downtime calculator so you can estimate the cost of downtime and get an idea of just how damaging it can be.

👉 With just a few inputs, you can estimate:

  • Your hourly, monthly and annual potential downtime costs.
  • The impact of recovery time (MTTR) on losses.
  • How much faster recovery could actually save you.

The calculator factors in production value, labor, overhead and recovery effort to give you a clear, defensible estimate of your downtime risk.

💡 Because once you see the cost, it’s much easier to justify the fix.

Try it here or read more about how it works.

In your environment, which downtime cost do you most frequently underestimate?
