The 2025 version of True Image does not support OAuth2. When will this likely be corrected ?
I was shown a "backdoor" way of getting backup notification, but I lost it ! Does someone know the trick ?
I just discovered that Acronis is NOT backing up my USB "thumb" drive (D:), which is plugged in 100% of the time ! How do I validate/edit what device are boing backed up

When It comes to rotating storage media, I have always bought Western Digital. Maybe not anymore !
I am a fan of the old WD Green disks. Slow, low power and they seem to last forever ! I was sorry to see them discontinued. I found some NOS (New Old Stock) on Amazon so I bought a 3.5" 4TB for a reasonable price for "backup storage".
Here is the kicker ! Western Digital will NOT allow me to register my purchase on their database ! They say it is "too old" (out of production for 4 years) and furthermore THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY WARRANTY SERVICE ! (It should have a 5 year warranty.)
First, let me say the screen is GORGEOUS and LARGE ! The Plus model maybe too much for some people. It is plenty fast for me ! Still getting used to the User Interface (coming from a Fire Tablet), but that take time.
My one nit pick is the speaker quality. It is not as good as my old tablet, which is sad because I used to listen to music on my old one. This one sound "tinny", even with the base boosted. I may have to switch to ear buds.
I am "old school". I use Facebook on the Web with my PC with Chrome. I am trying to find my old posts (NOT comments I made to other posts).

C: is Samsung SSD 990 Pro 1TB
D: is WDC WD20NPVX
F: is WDC WD40EZRX
D and F are strictly used for backup (Acronis). Some process is doing something on F about every 30 seconds (I can hear it cranking.) Process Monitor just shows queue Length of 1.
How do I find out what process is accessing F: ?
I have order from RockAuto before and never had an issue. Until yesterday !
I order some exhaust parts. I paid extra for next day shipping. I check this AM. FedEx says we see the label, but we do NOT have the item !
I sent them an email this AM, but I have very little hope of getting a response.
Any other ideas ?
So i have an image that I snap shotted from my browser in my Windows Paste Buffer.
I start Gimp, make a new image that is 8.5" x 11". I can't paste my buffer into the new image because it is too larger. How do I shrink it to fit and leave margins ?
OR
Am I approaching the problem from completely the wrong direction ?
