A few months ago I ordered 4 rotors for my car….one of them was wrong…the wrong one was a better rotor so I took some money back (like 20 or something) and ordered a matching pair of the better rotor…got that put it on…we are good. I have one rotor left over sitting in my garage for when I next do my breaks nbd. Finally last week I decide to get the matching rotor just in case it gets discontinued or whatever I want to have matching rotors. They ship me the wrong fucking rotor. I’ve ordered rotors twice from them and 100 percent of the time they have sent me the wrong part. Now I have to return a fucking rotor. I think these are the only two orders I have placed with them.

Howdy there, just to share my story how RA has helped me. Am an American who is missing living in central America, I love US but I feel I'll never belong here lol but that's not the story, anyways I noticed how in central America, how Chinese crap is expensive and comparing the prices with the US market, I was able to retail RA parts and make profit (NGK Iridium sold 6 dollars here and there I can retail for 18 dollars) and for fake plugs are around 16 dollars there lol. I've been buying volumes up to 4k from them and never had an issue, their website is really accurate and my customers are happy. The only brand I noticed is that they don't sell Toyota Genuine Parts.

I want SOMEONE to tell me HOW to find things for cars on here! LIKE fluids antifreeze, oils, AND Fiberglass resin, Body putty, Wheels,tires, WITHOUT PUTTING A DAMNED CAR make, type, year, I can't find ANYTHING to put on a custom car AT ALL !! Make it easier to SEE PARTS OR DO YOU NOT HAVE ANYTHING LIKE THAT ????? SO FAR i have NOT been able lo learn ANYTHING from Cusomer service from ROCK AUTO !!! IS THIS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS??????
