Warranty/refund
Hi folks, I’ve been looking at their website and there isn’t any online support for questions about a warranty /refund. I found a email but haven’t got a response yet. Long story short is I bought a fuel pump for a 2012 pilot, a Delphi one. First one was defective as it didn’t read fuel level, it was warrantied but had to buy another one. Come to find out the replacing did the same thing. Put the oem one back on and reads it fine. I’m going to get the refund back for the second one but for the first one am I fucked?

Raybestos Element 3 failures
TLDR - Rotors and pads are both element 3 and around 3.5 years old in the rust belt. Looking for other recommendations not dealer OE parts for the rust belt.
I went to check on what could have been the cause of a clunk noise from the suspension in the front the other week that I only heard one other time a few months back and noticed this. I've been loaning out the car far more than I've been driving it so it's probably been making the noise often not that the person driving said anything. I've had good experience in the past with element3 and installed on multiple people's cars and usually they've lasted 5+ years and don't look like this but the last few times rotors have been very rough by the 5 year mark. I switched to power stop in the rear and they seem decent at the sub 3 year mark. I also tried centric on another vehicle and also so far okay at 2yr mark. Does anyone have a brand that holds up better than the others because as someone who doesn't drive daily the rust does my rotors in before the pads get close to wearing out.

If I forgot to put my full name and just put my first and last how likely is it that I have complications with my order?
Which or what should I buy?
I have a 1994 Honda Civic EX that I want to change out the suspension parts for since they're very old (probably original factory parts). I've been seeing on RockAuto that they have these front-end parts that come with 8-12 pieces in the kit. My question is, which one should I buy, or is it better to buy them individually because I do see some parts have better brands, but they're not in the kit, just separate? I want to do the front and back suspension since they're both bad and bouncy and they squeak a lot when going over bumps. The main reason I'm asking is because I had to get my front driver-side tire replaced because it was so bald I could see the metal threads. I noticed that the other tires are fine, but that front one isn't. They said an alignment would fix it but recommended fixing the suspension so I don't have to do the alignment twice. Please help me; I'm open to any answers you guys have.
UPDATE: Number of magnets
Reposted due to images not being visible.
I had a few requests to count these magnets. Weighing a few, then all of them, seemed like a good suggestion. Unfortunately our scales just aren't big enough. So what I've done instead is measure their height. It's not quite as accurate, but should give a fairly good indication.
Apologies, I've used metric. If you want to follow along with a unit that's more familiar to you, the conversion you'll need is: 1mm = 0.0000110936 football fields.
A 50mm stack contained 77 magnets. Each magnet is therefore 0.65mm thick.
I've got ten complete small stacks that average 115mm tall.
There is an incomplete small stack that, currently, is 81mm tall.
There are 4 large stacks that are exactly 400mm tall.
115mm x 10 = 1150mm
81mm x 1 = 81mm
400mm x 4 = 1600mm
Total height is 2831mm (or 0.031 football fields)
Dividing 2831mm (total height) by 0.65 (thickness of magnet) gives a grand total of 4355 magnets.

What a hell is going on?
I've received this without sealed with Rockauto packing tape.
Really disappointing :)
6/1qt. Is this $8.13 per quart, or for the whole box of six one-quart bottles?

Missing Hardware :/
Ordered front struts and rear shocks for my Tundra. One of my rear shocks came in an untaped box with no mounting hardware. The shipping box everything came in was also a disaster and the sway bar links I bought were also just flopping around in there as their boxes got damaged. Filed a thing on the returns page and they said they’d “send me my missing parts” by May 27th…. So I gotta wait another 10 days. First time I’ve had an issue with RA. Also I didn’t get a magnet.
