I built The Bus in Minecraft!

Some people on r/shield were asking about this, but that sub seems to only allow single image posts. Also, apologies for bad photos, I seem to have lost the world I built this in so I just have these photos of my tv.

Images are:

Birds eye view of The Bus (minus the big eagle on top as it kept looking so bad lol)

The lab (as seen from the cargo bay, where Lola and the jump seats are)

View from the back of the lab, looking out to where the med bay pod is (and the “fishswimmons” pod)

The little gangway from the lab through to a ladder (we see Ward climb this ladder, I can only assume it goes to the cockpit). This gangway is where Fitz and Simmons are through when they hide in the pod.

The cockpit. I added a small sleeping quarters here (on the left), I believe in the show it’s just a storage cupboard though, but it’s never opened and there’s a small space there.

The lounge area (minus the glass panels, which were always getting smashed in the show anyway)

The briefing room, the door you can see is an evacuation door thingy (it blends in better in the show, I just didn’t have the right materials available for a door)

Coulson’s office, seen from behind his desk. The sofa, I believe, is a sofa bed in the show.

“The Cage” aka the interrogation room. I didn’t have any blocks that super worked for the hexagons but this fit the best.

Details I noticed whilst building:

The ship’s schematics show The Cage as being on the middle floor, however we see the roof open up to the top of the plane in the Lady Sif + Lorelei scene, meaning it must be up the stairs from the lounge and probably just down the hall from Coulson’s office.

There’s a hidden floor panel in the lab to the inner-workings of the plane, we see people hide in here and sneak in here around the Turn Turn Turn episode iirc.

We never actually see a toilet, but to the far left front of the kitchen area, near the bunks, there’s a door that is never opened. So i assume there’s a small toilet + sink there. This does still raise the question about showering however, as it’s definitely not big enough to fit both. The team may well have smelled terrible on long missions.

For a show that featured him in only two episodes it’s weird how Agents of SHIELD got Nick Fury better than a lot of his latter appearances.

I mean seriously they got so much right about him in AOS.

He gets to be a badass spy who everybody respects and is able to talk down to Garret in the season 1 finale despite being outmatched all while keeping it natural. I just love how he puts Coulson in his place in episode 2. Not to mention that he gets multiple mentions about how legendary any he is up to season 4.

I also enjoy how they covered the morally grey sides of the character with what he did to Coulson with Tahiti and how he stockpiles all the technology he finds in the Fridge.

Most of all I love how he gets to remain a badass even after S.H.I.E.L.D. collapsed in the season 1 finale and I wish that he’d been portrayed similarly in Secret Invasion and the Marvels.

My Theory: How Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Can Still Fit Perfectly Into the MCU Timeline

https://preview.redd.it/ae7j0fg10c8h1.png?width=680&format=png&auto=webp&s=2ef1d9e4e534ec06cbf9dbdc3eb35c33ac414be4

I've been thinking about how Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. could be reconciled with the MCU's current multiverse rules, and I believe there is a way for the entire series to remain canon without contradicting Infinity War or Endgame.

Timeline Split #1 – The Season 5 Time Loop

In Season 5, the team discovers a future where Earth has been destroyed and humanity survives in the Lighthouse.

This future exists because Daisy eventually destroys Earth after Talbot absorbs gravitonium and events unfold exactly as history recorded.

When the team returns from the future, there are now two possible outcomes:

Branch A

Daisy fails to stop Talbot.

Talbot causes Earth's destruction.

This leads to the future seen in Season 5.

Branch B

Daisy defeats Talbot.

Earth survives.

The loop is broken.

This is the timeline that continues after the Season 5 finale.

Timeline Split #2 – Infinity War

After Daisy defeats Talbot and Earth survives, another branching point occurs during the events of Infinity War.

Branch B1 – Thanos Wins (Earth-616)

This is the MCU timeline we see in Infinity War and Endgame.

Thanos collects all six Infinity Stones and performs the Snap.

In this branch:

  • Phil Coulson dies from his illness.
  • Leo Fitz has already died after the battle with Talbot.
  • Melinda May, Mack and Yo-Yo is snapped.
  • Daisy Johnson, Jemma Simmons, Piper and Davis survives.

With Coulson gone, Fitz dead, and half the team dusted, Daisy and Simmons continue searching for the frozen Fitz who remains in stasis aboard the Chronicom ship with Enoch.

Because frozen Fitz never experienced the events that killed his counterpart, he still exists.

The surviving agents eventually locate him and continue operating throughout the five-year Blip period.

Then in 2023, Hulk reverses the Snap.

May, Mack, and Yo-Yo return.

The team is reunited after the events of Endgame.

This allows the core Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. cast to survive within Earth-616.

Branch B2 – Thanos Loses

In this branch, Thanos never successfully completes the Snap.

The world continues normally.

One year later, the events of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 6 occur.

Season 7 follows afterward.

This means Seasons 6 and 7 are not occurring in the same timeline as Endgame, but in a sister branch that split from the same post-Talbot reality.

Why This Works

  • It preserves all events of Seasons 1–5.
  • It preserves the destroyed-Earth future.
  • It preserves Fitz's death.
  • It preserves Coulson's death.
  • It explains why Seasons 6 and 7 never acknowledge the Snap.
  • It allows Daisy and the Agents to still exist in Earth-616.
  • It fits Marvel's current multiverse rules established in Loki and Endgame.
  • It requires almost no retcons.

If Marvel ever brings Daisy Johnson back into the MCU, a simple line of dialogue "After Thanos won, Simmons and I spent years searching for Fitz while half our team was gone." could confirm something very close to this explanation and instantly reconnect Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. with the main MCU timeline.

This would allow the entire series to remain canon while also allowing Daisy and the team to exist in Earth-616.

You can also bring back Coulson as Chonicom LMD because Nick Fury, Maria Hill and rest of the others were dusted so when Fitz and Enoch were found they returned and created Coulson.

Just wanted to share the theory because I'd love to see Agents of Shield reconnected to the MCU someday.

Anyone else seeing these rumors about FitzSimmons appearing in Vision Quest as S.W.O.R.D. agents?

I ran across a post/comment recently (can’t remember if it was here or on another sub) claiming that Leo Fitz and Jemma Simmons from Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. are going to appear in the upcoming Vision Quest series as members of S.W.O.R.D.

This feels exactly like the fake rumors about Daisy appearing in Secret Invasion

Man what a season

I started watching Shield a few days ago and I just completed season 1 this morning and WOW. The first half of the season was ok, it was a little slow at first but when we found out what happened to Culson, that’s when it really got interesting. Love the characters except for one (POS), love love LOVED the plot twists in ep 19 to 22, they had me thinking Thomas was the clairvoyant but nope, then they had me thinking May was the Clairvoyant but turns out she was reporting to Fury (my heart went back to normal because I didn’t want her to be a traitor lol), then they suspected Agent Hand, then Trip and it was officially revealed that the Clairvoyant was Garret. They had my head spinning with all of the back and forth lmao. Idk why I wasn’t surprised Ward turned out to be Hydra (dude was already a piece of shit before the reveal but that solidified it), matter of fact dude isn’t even worth ranking on my list.

  1. Fitz: I love this character so much. Him and Simmons really are adorable nerds. I’m getting a Spencer Reid vibe from him and if you watched Criminal Minds, then you know that’s not a good thing (hope nothing else bad happens to the little dude)

  2. Simmons: Also love this character, I think Fitz-Simmons being #1 can be interchangeable. It’s funny when she tries to lie even though she stinks at it, her friendship with Fitz is the best, love that Simmons and Skye is building a little sisterly relationship

  3. May: I hope she starts goofing off with the rest of the team later on in the show. She showed a hint of it when she pulled a prank on Fitz so hopefully that’s something I can look forward to but other than that she’s a badass and probably my favorite female on the team. It’s between her and Simmons tbh

  4. Skye: My heart dropped for her when she got shot twice in the stomach. I wasn’t really too eager for this character early on in the show but she grew on me FAST. Also something told me her father being revealed in the after credits scene was going to happen. My girl finally became a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent and it’s about time because she more than proved herself.

4b. Culson: I need to know more about him but I’m glad he got some answers to what happened to him after he died, and he became director for Shield

1000000th: fuck you Ward hope nothing but trauma for you, you prick. I better not see any redemption for this dude whatsoever after what he did to Fitz-Simmons.

A very very very good season. 1000/10

First Watch

Currently in my first watch. I started about a week and a half ago and I currently am about to finish season 4. I love this show so far, but my biggest issue is…

They really omit so much information from each other ALL the time. For a spy organization and whatnot, sometimes the writing creates issues out of thin air by them just not telling each other specific pieces of information. That’s really my only gripe, and that some of the personal moments are cut short. The only personal moment I really felt was the Spy’s Goodbye.

And as awful as Ward was, I really wanted some more moments between him and Daisy in the framework. Even a hug goodbye, but I also get why it didn’t happen.

What character pairing did we never get, but would’ve been amazing?

We got some incredible duos on the show like Fitz and Hunter, or Daisy and Simmons, but because people kept joining, leaving and dying, a lot of characters barely missed each other.

Who do you wish we got to see interact?

Mine is Hunter and Deke, they would be such a fun duo. Just two chaotic guys hanging out, making jokes, and getting into stupid trouble together.

Thoughts on her

I just finished season six, I thought she was flirting with May that one episode. I also wish she kept her little romance with Deke.

Agents of Shield Problem with Lash' character?

So are we going to talk about how when lash first appeared may shot him like 20 times and he didn't die, and how he healed in like a second and then in season 3 episode 20 he dies to a burning chain that goes through his heart? if hive killed him it would be understandable but like here me out "Lash the only one who can stand up to hive and defeat him without flinching kets killed by guy who likes beer and playing with fire." can someone please talk about this 😭
