Brand New Vintage Manitoba Moose Jersey – SP / Made in Canada – Help with ID & Value?

I’m hoping someone here can help me identify and value this brand new, never-worn vintage Manitoba Moose jersey.
I’m looking to sell it, but before I list it anywhere I’d like to know exactly what I have and what a realistic collector value would be.

100% polyester
Vintage Manitoba Moose logo/design
Manitoba sleeve patch
Vancouver Canucks logo on the shoulder
NHL/Canadian Hockey League patch
No name or number on the back
No obvious wear — it appears to be deadstock/unused
I’ve included photos of all the logos, patches and tags.
Can anyone tell me:
What exact year/era this jersey is from?
What model/version it is?
Whether this is considered collectible/rare?
What you think it’s realistically worth in brand-new condition?
Where would be the best place to sell it?
I’m based in Ireland, so I’m considering eBay/Vinted, but I’d much rather get it in front of serious hockey jersey collectors if there are specific Facebook groups, Reddit communities, Instagram pages or other marketplaces that would be better.
