Mail Handler AL Question

So I was checking my AL and looked to see about how much AL I'm potentially getting in January (the first full pay period of 2027). I had just entered my 2nd year like 6 months ago as a career mail handler so by the time January around, I'll have had hit my 3rd year. So with all that being said.....the first two years I got 14 days of AL (PTO)......once I hit my 3rd year, does that mean I'll receive 20 days of AL (PTO) in January?
