I know this question is kind of random but doesn't anyone happen to know for sure what size shirt Mark wears? I want to say he's a standard LG. I know I'm taller than him by a few inches and I also wear a XXL. I like to put a small gift bag together before a clinic for him.

Could certainly rearrange for better pacing, etc. The idea with the epic slot in 14 is to get an even mix of the 3 but probably play Dying Light if Godspeed isn’t played so there’s one WTS always.
This omits some setlist staples like Cry of Achilles, Rise Today, Burn it Down, Isolation, etc but the idea is to get a setlist refresh that plays some of their best songs that don’t always see the light of day.
I get that it’s tough for the boys to rehearse two separate set lists, especially with how busy they are, but I think if they could pull it off the fan base would be very pleased.
Also I think this setlist is about 94-95 minutes non-stop (according to AI, could be off), so could probably remove song 13 and maybe another to pare it down.
How would you all feel about this rotation if they rolled it out for a leg of the tour?

Caught AB's Rock am Ring set from the Last Hero tour a day or two ago. Totally blown away.
The set was fantastic in terms of the overall mix of tunes from all the albums.
Also made me realize I hadn't given TLH or WTS a good listen through in a bit.
Both of these albums are absolute BANGERS. I don't care if the fans in here feel the same.
It's such a shame these songs rarely get played live.
Officially starting my campaign to get one song from each added to the set for the November run.

So in the now deleted post, @unfairInvestigator52 posted a pretty solid Easter egg from my band that ended a decade ago. Something I never knew was a thing but clearly it didn’t get the burn he wanted to he just started to spiral.
My question is for the group, does anyone know what this dude is on about? Don’t know if I should try to help him, double lock my doors or just chop it up to normal unhinged fan abuse? I get this stuff all of the time but it seems like he is talking about something I know nothing of… help?

I'm probably not as in-touch as many here, but I'm curious if the plan is to have the festival be a yearly thing.
I was just listening to some B sides of AB and also Tremonti and it made me wonder , What happened to the B sides? B sides were always something i used to look forward to after an album has settled down.. The last B sides we got were for Marching in Time and both of those songs were incredible, Especially 'Walking Beside me '. I mean AB's B sides are a class apart. I remember the band saying there was gonna be 2 songs that will be released as B sides for 'Pawns and Kings ' but never saw the light of day
Please Bring back the B sides 🥹.

I like this song from Man The Mighty a lot and was trying to see if lyrics were provided. Followed a long and I wasn’t surprised at this at all.
Don’t know if this counts as shit posting, forgive me if it is, but here to say that song really manages to tickle my brain the right way, that’s all folks.

I’ve been listening to full circle a lot lately. I think the production is really good on that album. The instruments really pop - just a really crisp sound, even Scott sounds pretty flawless with Overcome, Bread of Shame, Thousand Faces, Suddenly & Rain as my favorites. Wiki says Tremonti has prominent vocals on Away in Silence which I never knew.
Anyway, any word or thoughts on a producer for the upcoming album?
Any chance the second guitarist makes an appearance? He’s a real asset live and they really lean on him.
I've not bought many albums this year, but two of my favourites have been these two... I must have a very consistent taste in music!
Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed every bit of the event. Every band in It was spot on. I was really impressed by Florence Black and although I knew how good Skindred were, their live performance was something out of this world.
With all this said, AB didn't change much of the setlist from others shows this year (I went to Madrid's show). The songs were almost the same except in Madrid they played what lies within and burn It down (bangers) and in Cardiff they played disregarded and Broken wings instead.
Maybe I'm being too picky, but being their own first Festival I was expecting them to drop some nukes: The Fable of the Silent son, Slave To Master, Coeur d'Alene, Show me a Leader, Words Darker than their wings, etc... Songs that they don't usually play live, but songs that are fan favourites and absolute bangers
Idk, I really really enjoyed their performance and AB will always be my top band no matter what. But we travelled from another country in Europe to Wales in the UK (burocracy makes that travel a pain in the ass) because there's only one chance to be at Alter Bridge's first ever own Festival... I hope they don't look back at It and say: we really missed our chance to make the first ever Blackbird Festival something absolutely unique, not only the last stop of the tour.
