CCI/Blazer 115gr 9mm defects

Out of 1000 rounds. I’ve shot probably 30k rounds of blazer 9mm and have never had this issue. Lot# D29H504 if you can avoid it. I called customer service and left a message, I’m sure they will blame it on shipping or the store I bought it from even though this was a freshly opened case of ammo.

Is Midwest ammo safe?

Getting a little hard to find 44mag around here for a reasonable price.

Best I see right now is $62 for a box of 50.

Then, I found this at a local range. $35 for 50.

Shot half a box and it seems good.

Anybody have any experience with it?

Honestly, I just want to make sure it's safe.

Marlin 1894.

Found this bullet in the tide-pools of a beach in Dieppe, France. Anyone know what it is and how old it might be?

Found it a few years back while on vacation. I chucked it in my backpack, TSA never said anything and I eventually lost it until today when it randomly turned up on the floor of my passenger seat. Does anyone have a guess to what kind of bullet it is and how old it may be? I know basically nothing of guns and ammunition so any info is appreciated

cheapest bulk ammo online in 2026 with a coupon or deal and is true shot ammo reliable for consistent orders?

Ammo pricing fluctuates enough that knowing your baseline per-round cost and having a reliable online source matters more than chasing flash sales. true shot ammo comes up in bulk ammo discussions as a competitive option but reliability and consistency in both pricing and shipping matter more than being cheapest on any single order. Is the ammo from reputable manufacturers and not reloads unless specified, and does the per-round pricing on case quantities actually beat ammoseek averages for the common calibers?

.30 luger hollow point

I ended up inheriting these from my grandfather and thought I might as well show them off because I've never seen them anywhere else... From my understanding they unfortunately don't cycle worth shit lol

Ammo identification

Can’t find anything about these on Google. I was gifted a bandolier that contained M1 grand enbloc clips and .30-06 ammo, and have never seen a silver colored bullet before. I was told it was machine gun ammo and told not to shoot it out of any of my guns. Considering it’s loaded in a M1 clip that doesn’t make much sense.

Is Monarch still offered as "made in Turkey/Brazil" in Academy?

Thinking of going and hand picking a few Brazil boxes if so.

Aguila made in Bosnia?

Bought Aguila 380acp. The box says it is made in Bosnia and Herzegovina. I thought all their production was made in Mexico?

3D Printed 9MM Ammo Holders – 50rd & 100rd Cases

Been printing some custom 3D printed 9MM ammo holders and wanted to share them.

Made in both 50 round and 100 round versions with a clean sliding drawer design. Compact, durable, and stackable for range bags, safes, or bench storage. The larger case uses dual trays to keep everything organized while still staying compact.

Features:
• 50rd & 100rd capacity
• Smooth sliding trays
• Stackable design
• Strong closure
• Compact footprint
• Custom colors/text options possible

Printed these in black with red “9MM” lettering but I can do different color combos too.

Would you guys use something like this for range storage or transport? Open to feedback and ideas for other calibers too.

Can anyone identify the country or date of these 9mm casings?

I found these 9mm casing metal detecting today and was curious where and when they are from. They were found at the entrance to a limestone mine in western PA if it makes any difference.

Any experience with this stuff?

Recently found this ammo at a pretty good price and I decided to grab a few hundred rounds.
Has anyone tried these. I think it would be a great hunting or home defense round.

Oh, Albania...

I wanted some 7.62x54R dummy rounds and figured Albanian surplus would make great candidates since a third of the shells have deformed or cracked necks/shoulders.

The first cartridge I disassembled is nearly full with powder. The second... it's about a third full. The next and subsequent seven others all had roughly the same powder charge as the first.

I shot about 100 rounds of this stuff back when I bought it 20+ years ago. I don't recall any issues then, but I was new to shooting, wasn't paying much attention to the muzzle report, and just blasting away a junk at close range.

The headstamps are "85" over "3" for anyone interested.

Any advantage to these packs?

I mean, if there’s a flood or something, but other than that why?

Safe to shoot?

I bought this Winchester whitebox new from my local gunstore, and opening the box it was all badly corroded. Is this still safe to send?
