After week of planning and building, here's my royal capital city taking shape! This is the heart of the city so far ?
Bought the game on my ps5 a few days back, and instantly fell in love with it putting 20 hours into it, now the problem is the game is completely Frozen, it instantly freezes when I enter the main menu and it won't load no matter how long I wait. Is this the game or Ubisoft messing up?
So I'm new to the game and needless to say I've been loving it! I booted up very first campaign and immediately I got hooked! I'm now level 48, Cape trelawney unlocked and booming, embesa just started! Games going amazing!
Here's the problem, I have an early game quest stuck! Chapter 2 campaign, "Lost and Found".
The flotsam object (world object GUID 101717, spawned near collectable 101194) never spawned in my world, so there's no map marker and nothing to pick up. The quest is completely stuck at 0/1.
I've already tried:
The Anno 1800 Python Sender with every quest completion command I could find
Spawning the flotsam item directly into my ship's cargo
A mod to unlock the New World region directly (GUID 180025)
Digging through assets.xml to find every relevant GUID
The hidden sub-quest (151020) is waiting for a CollectablesCollected counter for object 101194 to reach 1, which never triggers because the world object doesn't exist.
I have the autosave and all the GUIDs. Is there any tool or method to either spawn object 101717 or directly edit the save file to fix this? I really don't want to restart, but feeling a bit like that's already a foregone conclusion!
Need some mineral called Galena to make something for Magnates in New Horizons, but I can't find a mine anywhere, how do you get it?
Hi everyone,
I play Anno 1800 on my computer, fairly new GPU and CPU - however "only" 16 GB RAM and game is installed on a HDD - playing at 1080p.
Lagging started when I played on "ultra" settings with the first season pass DLC and the massive new island - with in total roughly 20k investors. So I reduced the graphics to "high" and it starts going down to 30 fps again.
Now I wonder: Could it be I have not enough RAM, is it the HDD and I should install the game on a (new) SSD since my old one is full? Or do I need a high end GPU&CPU combo for such a high amount of inhabitants?
I'd like someone to play Anno 1800 with me, provided they commit to playing and we finish the game. This might take a week or more. I have all the DLC. We could play for 3-4 hours a day, or less, I don't know.
So I have gotten to the point in my play-through where I have constructed the dam on Manola and things seem to be going reasonably well. But I am being struck by big fluctuations in my income, and I suspect its the many Artistas on Manola that is causing it thanks to an irregular (maybe too small) supply of herbs.
The current map layout hasn't been overly generous with large nearby islands with herbs, so is it possible to keep the buggers happy if I just keep them saturated with beer even if they have to periodically do without their Mezcal and Jalea?
(If anyone has an idea of how many production chains I need of each to keep this many happy, that would be good too.)
Willie's Autobiography (Ship drop)
I just started playing anno 1800 and i am wondering of there is any reason to not just claim every Island I can get in the old world?
(sorry english is Not my first language)

Hello guys. Just came back to the game after getting a few DLCs.
Howerver, after installation, the game crashed while it was launching(with Ubisoft Connect) and turned back to desktop. I have made sure the exe. file was run as administrator but the issue still persists.
The following are some points that I concerned:
The main game itself was purchased from the Asia region but DLCs were from Europe. Wiould this cause issue when the game verify the DLCs (since right now I'm not able to verify the game file in Ubisoft Connect)
The game is currently installed in an external SSD hard drive, which the Ubisoft custom service claimed this would likely lead to crashes while runing the game.
(But previously when I was playing just the main game there was no issue with it)
Has anyone facing similar situations and could share possible solutions instead of changing a viable hard disk that fits the game (which I highly doubted it is the right solution)
Thanks in advance!
I'm at 17k population at +$12k.
For some reason when I hit $100k I suddenly drop down drastically and I cannot figure out why.
I am not purchasing anything, no community piers. Biggest maintenance fees are from light bulb and steam engines factories. Just 1 of each.
Checked my finances and nothing is jumping out. I'm literally reste when I hit around $100k.
I'm playing a sandbox with no other rivals or pirates.
Any ideas?
Hi so I’m trying to start a modded play through and I have the AI Shipyard mod but as soon as the ship gets built and it changes to the AI’s ship, the game crashes. Could this be a PC problem or a mod conflict? Gemini told me it could be conflicting with New Horizons or World War Ships. I also have bigger the harbour (spice it up) mod as well as some other ship mods like imperio shipyard and single ship mods. I don’t have the best pc but I feel like it’s a mod conflict issue since the game always crashes in that exact moment.
Hey all, new to the game! Just wondering if it is best to have a main city where you kind of keep all your workers on a bigger island then have a lot of your resources gathered on other islands and have it all shipped back to the main? What is the best way to go about it usually?
