Why languages of Getcia (a Gothic country) and Pheran (a Coptic country) didn't used the Gothic and Coptic script respectively and instead used the Greek script?
Title; feels wasted potential, honestly. If you don't know about that, there were Gothic and Coptic scripts, which both were derived from the Greek alphabet:
