How does a bat hit feel like compared to a crow bopping you on the head?

This is not a medical question, I am simply asking about the feeling of being hit by a bat (as you can probably guess the animal, not the object lol).

About a week ago something hit me on the head. It was around 7:30-8PM. It felt like I scratched my head on a tree branch. When I looked behind me, I noticed a crow was hovering above and it proceeded to stare at me until I left. Most likely the crow bopped me on the head cause of territorial reasons or it mistook me for somebody.

However, I have noticed several bats flying around, meaning that they probably live nearby. After this encounter, I was wondering about the difference in the sensation. What does it feel like? Do they fly off immediately or stay stuck to the head?

Apologies if this community is not the correct one for the topic, I have created this simply for my own educational purposes. I am visiting a cave next month and I would like to know more on any possible encounters.

Printing a bat on a shirt

Here's some step-by-steps of printing a bat lino onto shirts! It's my first time using white fabric ink, so I've been extremely careful with how it looks. I've gotten the fronts done today, hoping to finish a design for the back of the tees tomorrow and a sleeve design after that. Wish me luck!

Bats in roofline

I have a 1986 cedar sided house that bats have roosted in the past couple summers (roofline). We need a ton of work done on the roofline due to water and woodpecker damage. The bats have come back each year and so far we have been lucky in that they seem to be sticking to the roofline and have not traveled inside that I know of. I can hear them chirping sometimes when I’m in the garden so I know they’re hanging out right there (south side of my house, where the trim meets the roofline). Problem is, we need to get work done on the trim/gutters/soffits soon. Do I wait until September? I definitely do not don’t want to trap them inside. We have a ton of little crevices and I’m sure they’d just find another way as they seem to like it here. Not sure what to do.

Help--I have bats in a bat house

We made a mistake. We placed a bat house outside our back door on the patio. we expected one or two--we now have a lot of mamas and babies. The problem is the guano--we can't have it dropping right where it is. I need to relocate these bats. Any suggestions?

Need bat house suggestions

I live in South Central Kansas, and my side yard had this 18-20ft utility pole that is no longer in use. Is there a particular style of bat house I should be looking for? Would love to support some local insect eaters!

Install bathouse on property with owls?

Hey hope this is a good place to ask this. I'm on 1.7 acres with lots of pine trees and I've got 2 or 3 owls that live in the trees, I see owl pellets on the ground all over the place. Also have some hawks that live in the trees. So my question is would it be a bad idea to put up a bathouse on my property or can they coexist without issue?
