Vanilla Suede

A heavy hitter for a single wick!! I love how unique this one is. It really gives me the imagery of a soft tan suede couch in a sparkling clean home

Notes are cozy vanilla, brushed suede, and crisp linen

The strongest note in this one is the brushed suede! It gives this fragrance a depth that is pretty unexpected& it stops this candle from being your classic “clean” scent. The crisp linen note keeps this light though, and gives it a fresh touch. The cozy vanilla takes us back into a deeper smell but sweetly softens the whole candle making it warm, but not heavy

Throw on this lil baby is astonishing lol, you will smell her, she fills the whole house! If you’re looking for a cozy clean candle, this one is perfect for you!🌟

Violets Are Blue

A warm, floral candle! Definitely giving me a soft vibe

Notes are blue violet bouquet, sugared berries, and soft musk

The heaviest note is the blue violet bouquet, since this candle does lean towards the floral side. It’s delicate though, not heavy. More like a flower in the early morning sun. The sugared berries note does add a sweetness to the light floral, but it doesn’t dip into gourmand territory- it stays at a soft, warm fruity smell. The soft musk note really rounds off this candle on the backend, leaving you with a cozy& gentle, blanket like vibe.

The throw is lovely, she fills the room but isn’t demanding. You’ll be stepping into a warm floral coziness with this burning! I love the packaging too, it’s perfect for the fragrance, soft and delicate- floral& sweet💙

Picnic Petals

Perfect for a slow, spring afternoon!

With notes of sweet freesia, fresh picked raspberries, candied jasmine

This candle smells like sun warmed flowers in a raspberry field. The raspberry note is the strongest here, but this is not a raspberry candle, you get a fruity/ floral off of her with the other notes combined!

The sweet freesia note gives this a thick, white petal smell- softly sweet. The fresh picked raspberries note gives it a fruity tartness, but it’s bright so it lifts up the overall smell& that candied jasmine gives this a warm, floral richness. Overall it’s a very balanced scent, with enough fruit& warmth to feel cozy rather than perfume-y!

Throw on her is great too, you will fill the room with this floraly sweetness🩷

May Candle Rotation & April Empties

This month has been super busy (hence the late empties), which I knew it would be and that’s why I planned fewer burns for this month than usual. I have been burning and enjoying most of them already. First Blooms Of Spring has been really nice and it reminds me of Orange Lily Blossom from last year which I loved. Coconut Sandalwood is one of my favorite staples.

I ended up swapping the Eucalyptus Rain single wick I was planning to burn for a Glacier Lagoon single wick. I saw a lot of people saying Banana Cream Latte was light but mine was adequately strong! Pineapple Cream Puff was a favorite although light it’s a pleasant and not overly heavy gourmand. Carrot & Nectarine was wonderful! I know not everyone enjoyed that one with its vegetal earthy vibe but I love those kinds of fragrances and it was a flawless burn from start to finish. I was slightly disappointed when it first came out because I still have the original low profile Carrot Nectarine 3 wick and I was bummed they were not the same scent. However, as it turns out I actually prefer the new one!

Leather Bound Pages hand soap needs to be brought back and I’d love if they expanded it to wallflowers, room spray, candles, and body care! Speaking of body care… Dreaming Of Rio has a chokehold on me! I think that’s the fastest I’ve ever gone through a mini spray! The Midnight Pomegranate shower gel was from FOREVER ago (around 10yrs old and was originally $10.50) but was still amazing! The scent was unchanged and it lathered just as well as it did when I purchased it, they were always my favorite to use as bubble bath. I’d just moved it to the back of my collection waiting for it to come back again but I’ve been trying to use up some older stuff so it had to go.
