Hi - visiting Berlin for first time in a few weeks and interested in visiting Lab.oratory. I've read a lot here and elsewhere about the club, process of getting in etc which has been very useful - but have a couple of questions:

* On the Lab website, some nights have red lines next to them, some don't, what's the difference?

* At risk of overthinking it - what exactly does Daddy meets Twink equate to? Does it mean the crowd tends more to x-gen interest than usual? Firmly in the Daddy camp here but that may be a good thing?

* I appreciate DmT night is "no dress code" but there must be a sort of common range. The vibe I get from reading is shorts, underwear or jock (and shoes). Can anyone give a bit more detail?

* I'm not a bottom but if I wear a jock will it annoy people if I don't want to bottom for them (ie will it be interpreted as signalling I want to bottom)?

Can anyone guide me to what exactly is considered appropriate outfit for FC snax in Lab? It says sportswear. That has a vast range.

Bit confused what to consider and less likely getting rejected.

Any ideas welcome. Possible pic suggestions?

Went to Berghain with a friend dor a Säule session on Thursday evening. I bought both tickets on Berghain's website and we have been refused to enter.

The security scanned our qr codes and immediately started shouting at us to get the fuck out of there. He even started to push us and escorted us to the end of the kiosk.

In the website it's written that in case you get refused at the door, the tickets are cancelled and you get a reimbursement. It has been almost 3 days and I didn't get my money back. Anyone knows how long does it usually takes?

Really don't care about getting rejected, everyone should expect that sometimes in Berghain. But the way the guy shouted at us and got physical is just disrespectful to someone who has waited for 2 hours in line.

Writing as despite going to BH / Lab many times (15+) over the last years I have an ongoing crippling nervous feeling when approaching the door… the darting eyes, the uncontrollable nervous face…

it came to consciousness as we got grilled at power dance last week I think because I look so nervous (door person said “you look stressed but you’re in the right place”)

Any tips for facing this arriving sober at the BH door - I do think this has been the driver of my handful of rejections over the last 5 years; I’ve been held at the front and can see I’m being looked up and down and it makes me more nervous!

Looking for any tips from sensitive fellow anxious people who know they belong but still can’t shake the nerves of the attention / grilling!

Ich möchte hier einmal eine Erfahrung teilen und würde gerne wissen, ob andere schon etwas Ähnliches erlebt haben.
Ein Kollege und ich hatten Kontakt zu einer Person, die uns gegenüber angegeben hat, im Berghain an der Garderobe zu arbeiten und die Möglichkeit zu haben, Personen auf die Gästeliste setzen zu lassen.
Uns wurden Gästelistenplätze für 200 € pro Person angeboten. Wir waren außerdem in einer WhatsApp-Gruppe, in der diese Gästelistenplätze angeboten bzw. organisiert wurden.
Wir haben daraufhin jeweils 200 € bar, also insgesamt 400 €, an diese Person gezahlt. Die Zahlung sollte bar erfolgen.
Als wir anschließend am Berghain ankamen und am Einlass angaben, auf der Gästeliste zu stehen, stellte sich heraus, dass unsere Namen nicht auf der Gästeliste standen. Wir erhielten dementsprechend auch keinen Einlass.
Danach haben wir versucht, die Angelegenheit mit der Person zu klären. Statt einer Klärung wurden wir schließlich auf WhatsApp blockiert.
Mich würde interessieren: Hat jemand hier schon einmal eine ähnliche Erfahrung mit angeblich vermittelten bzw. verkauften Gästelistenplätzen beim Berghain gemacht?

whatever gets played there is usually really good, and i always end up finding stuff i'd never have run into otherwise. that's the whole reason i kept going back.

82 nights, back to dec 2024, panorama bar and säule too. all of it comes from people who were on the floor and recognised the tracks and shared. i just collect it.

I’m travelling to Berlin next week and am contemplating visiting Lab.oratory. I’m a closet gay lad from the UK that has never even been to a gay bar.

I’ve read a lot of the posts on here but have some questions which may seem pretty silly:

- it will be a Mask themed night when I’m there. I understand you can buy masks on the door. What clothes do people usually wear on these nights (or would you walk round naked except for the mask)?
- is it cool to just watch or would that be seen as being creepy? Not sure how I’ll feel about it until I get there but don’t want to feel pressured into doing stuff
- the doors open pretty early as it’s a Sunday. What time will it get busy?
- are solo travellers welcome or is it frowned upon? do most people speak English?
- do you get many twinks at Lab.oratory? I really want to go to one of the Twink Meets Daddy nights but the dates just didn’t work.

Also considering Der Boiler or just trying to find some hookups on Grindr. Honestly, I’m open to any suggestions - just want to enjoy being out of the closet for a couple of days.

im planning a trip to berlin for a couple days as an 18y/o f , berghain has always been a place i would love to experience, i have alot of experience with rave/techno culture in the uk but would being a solo 18 y/o put me at a greater possibility of rejection at the door?
