Well looks like they took advantage of me now, too.

Woke up, put 50 on, played a bit was able to make a 100 withdrawal, got it put into my crypto, then not even an hour later I hop back on and boom, negative account balance of close to 50, when I left I would have had 50 and aome change after the deposit.

Hop in chat, as this had just happened 2 days ago for me on wildcasino, whom reversed the negative balance and gave 150 ontop of that as a token of gratitude, and superslots is like nope, you charged back a card from 2 and a half months ago and it was 48 dollars. So instead if, I dont know, taking the 48 out of what was in my account, they essentially stole 50 and the 48 ontop of that.

I explained that card account is no longer active and the whole account is closed so a charge back is impossible, no cares in the world. I spent close to 5k this week with them, they dont care. In less than a year im close to 100k spent with them, but looks like they'd rather keep the account negative 48 dollars than keep getting thousands a week.

Between them and their other 2 sites, im close to 300k spent in less than a year time but I guess its worth loosing that that guaranteed income over 48 usd.

Better, use a one-time purchase number or a virtual card.

Does anyone else have trouble withdrawing on Safari or Edge browsers on a apple mobile device ? I always have to hit the bitcoin button a million times before it finally works. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong, but I never have had any trouble depositing money only withdrawing😂 which sounds about right…but in all seriousness I’ve never had too much trouble withdrawing and bet online has never wronged me. Silver VIP about halfway to gold.

I've been using this site for many years and never come out ahead of what would have been spent on those 25 free spins. I do appreciate the gesture, but they feel like a deterrent to playing slots if anything.
