Biggest scam website that used my son as a reason to not pay me the money I won

My son had an account with bet online and had disputed charges or something. I don’t know what he did, but apparently he owes them money cool whatever I have my own separate account and they have shut down my account because of I am related to my son. I have deposited so much money with these guys and up until a month ago, not once have I ever withdrew money from this website. Then all of a sudden I actually won $10,000 and I have a good faith. I had told them that they could take the money out of my winnings to pay off my son’s debt to which they did not do it. There was a whole discussion. I sit with customer support for like three hours talking about this and they ended up closing. My son‘s account kept mine open gave me the 10 grand, even though I had offered to pay off his debt, a good faith and now they close my account after they owe me four weekly bonuses and two monthly bonuses and they’re using my son as a reason not to give that to me. I would love to see somewhere in the world books that say I am responsible for somebody else’s debt even if it’s my son like it makes no sense.

I sent 3 ppl money on Zelle through the Schwab app and they flagged it for review. Not only can I not get on to the app anymore but they can’t make trades or transfer money to my checking account! I’ve called nearly every day and each person tells me something different. One person said it would be 3-5 business days one person said it was originally sent to the wrong department and now that it’s with the right one it should take 3-5 business days (been 7 so far) so I drove to the branch which is 40 min from me and they said they don’t know why someone gave me that time limit. They have all told me that there’s no way for them to get in touch w this department either other than emails I guess? To which no one has responded! My case has been under review for bullshit! And I can’t do anything until their team which I’m starting to doubt even exist! Fixes it!!
