Currently sitting at 186lbs, 3 above my weight cap. With the condition we’re in, my coach has decided to increase my calories and reduce the cardio, focusing on a maintenance/recomp phase to maintain muscle and lose fat. I think my only fault right now is posing, tips would be appreciated!
1 week til we fly out to the FMG pro/Am show in Italy.
Never been this lean, down 2kg from the Goldcoast show two weeks ago.
Two more weeks until show time.

Has anyone ever used Pharmacore steroids and could report the experience?
Made a post a month ago about how i wanted to become a better person not just physically but overall because i was tired of staying a faliure so here it is my 1 month progress couldn't be consistent because of fatigue but still made time whatever i could.so here it is

Training 4 days per week in my home gym. Posting a current physique update and my current routine. Always interested in constructive feedback, especially from other lifters in their 40s.
Main focus has been consistency, recovery, and staying lean while gradually improving overall shape and strength.
A weak point seems to be legs/glutes despite working them regularly.
Current routine includes:
Chest / Shoulders
Lower Body
Back / Pull
Arms
Cable work
Core & Cardio
