Legs and chest really showing the growth the deeper into this cut I get! (Enhanced)

Loose skin on my chest is something I’m trying my best to get rid of. My legs took off despite only training them once per week.

M36, 170lbs ->214lbs -> 194lbs. 10 months. (Enhanced)

Had a fairly successful bulk over winter. Was able to put on 44lbs of scale weight. Definitely could have done better in the fat gain side but I feel I’m getting close to the same body fat percentage I was in the first picture but 24lbs heavier.

Split was the standard bro style. Body part per day 5x per week. Zone 2 cardio (incline treadmill) 5-6x per week.

Diet was 90% clean. Did have more cheat meals than I would have liked. Cutting again down to 188-190lbs.

Former big guy. Never thought I would see vascularity in my legs. Big win.

I really didn’t think I had pushed leg growth that hard during my bulk but they have always been a natural strong like for me. I suppose coming from 317lbs at only 5’7” kept them in decent shape. That and the use of PEDs just to be fully transparent.

M36 5’7” 195lbs continue to the cut o start eh growth phase?

Loose skin always throws off how lean I should be. Limbs always seem leaner on me than my midsection. Thing in right around 13-14% body fat.

Thanks for the picture memories iPhone 😆

These came up in my memories today from 2016 in the blue shirt. No visible tattoos and very fluffy. And then of the fat guy on the bike from 2021. Glad to have turned things around in my life both physically and mentally in 2022. Hers to another decade on memories.

317lbs in 2022 to 195lbs in 2026.

The gym and daily diet has became a huge part of my life. Made so many changes and don’t even know how I was as big as I was even when I have a cheat meal.

M/36/5’7” [167lbs > 195lb = 28lbs] (8 months) Cutting again after a winter bulk and the gains showing great!

Peak weight went all the way to 214lbs. Definitely gained more fat than I would have liked. But no gains were left in the table. Sitting at about the same BF% but nearly 30lbs heavier. Goal is to get to 190lbs and then start another lean growth phase.

Cut—>bulk—>Repeat

Went from 167lbs to 214lbs to 194lbs (current). Still cutting would like to see 190lbs before I start another growth phase. Thinking I’m at or right around 12-13% body fat right now. (Enhanced)
