Anybody else just estatic to get back on your routine after being off for a week?

As much as I love taking time off and enjoying some junk food and good times, I love the feeling of locking back in just as much! Can’t let some water weight mess with your head. Another 12-15lbs to get where I want!

From pizza, wings, and beer to chicken, rice and….well, whatever rhymes with beer!

Just a joke but yes not a natty transformation.

Love my ink but had to play with some lighting to see more definition because of them. Pull day complete!

Nothing like a burn out set of pull ups to finish off pull day!

Home gym workouts can be so peaceful at times. No headphones needed and no distractions.

5 days out of gym on vacation. Nothing like a hot garage to sweat out the crap food and water weight! Back at it!

Cutting on test and primo

I know you only need low dose test to cut but I’m always one to push the envelope on compounds. I was cutting on test and tren. I had ran high test low tren for a while
In my bulk and wanted to try low test high tren. Felt pretty good other that tren just loves to flare up the little gyno I have even if e2 is in check. Got a coach and he recommended we save Tren for the last push of my cut. He said run TRT or if you have some primo, you could always throw that in. So now I’m almost week into 250/250 test/primo and so far feel great. Time will tell what this does to e2 and I’ll make necessary adjustments.

Who else does cuts on primo and what’s your ratio? This is well tested primo on meso btw.

4 years. Obese to thin to kinda muscular! 317–>180–>195.

I decided in 2022 enough was enough. Tracked calories and lost over 100lbs from diet and exercise alone. Held that weight for roughly a year and knew I had more work to do so I lost about 40lbs. Bulked up through winter 2025 and
That’s where I’m at today. 5’7” 195lbs trying to lean out again. Tracking more than just calories and getting in a consistent workout routine! (Enhanced as of 2025).

A years worth of hobby bodybuilding

I’m no competitor but I respect the hell out of the sport and enjoy training similar to a bodybuilder.

Some things I really focused on this last year was not only calorie counting but consistent accurate macro tracking. Getting in that complete protein from good whole food sources and and whey shakes to supplement that but don’t let them be the primary source. Chicken, lean beef, egg whites, tuna, and turkey are all great lean sources that contain all 9 essential amino acids. Also, I learned that carbs are your friend not your enemy. They fuel training and keep the gym fun. Rice cakes, cream of rice, and the oh so delicious Rice Krispie treats are all great pre workout carbs. Fast digesting and easy on the stomach. I also tried to dial in a real consistent training regiment that fit my schedule best. That meant changing my lift from the afternoon to early morning in order to have my evenings free for family events while still getting in all the lifts I wanted.

One thing I am still working on is better rest and getting enough sleep. That has always been tough for me but it’s coming along.

I am proud of my progress so far regardless even if it’s isn’t a natural transformation. Rather you’re enhanced or natty, just go out there, have fun, train hard, and eat clean. Consistency will beat perfection 100% of the time!

Official 1 year transformation

Just for transparency, yes, I 100% used PEDs to assist in this transformation. I know some will have strong opinions about this and that’s ok. I just want to be honest about everything. I will not go into detail on what I used or how much publicly and I will not respond to rude comments.
