Upper Session I

First Upper Session of the week

Gym just did a bit of an overhaul and got in a load of Evolve equipment. These machines utilise digital resistance by means of an electric motor, as opposed to the usual craic of gravity and load. You set the resistance on a pad which feels heavier than the number suggests. So it takes a bit of getting used to. But also means you can change certain variables like changing the tension of the eccentrics.

Biggest problem with these is that if you rest longer than like 90 seconds it resets itself and you have to go through the process of adding ‘weight’ etc again. The future is weird man.

Good session anyway. At my lowest weight in about a year now at 87kg, gonna keep pushing though through the summer.

May you all have a blessed week

M/21/6’0” [147>160 hopefully] (8 months). Gym gains

First 2 pictures are from July and October 2025. Last 2 photos are from yesterday. Proper lighting helped, but I see progress and I like it

6 month transformation. (+ran first marathon, hit $10k/month...)

Looking at where I was in January compared to right now is honestly pretty crazy because these last six months were when I finally just locked tf in.

I ran my first full marathon, losed more than 30kgs and I scaled my AI agency to $10k/mo in just four months. Out of the 180+ days so far this year I feel like I won almost all of them, but now we are stepping into the second half of the year and I am terrified of getting too comfortable. It is so easy to grind when you are starting fresh on New Year's with nothing to lose, but staying hungry when you finally have some real traction is a lot harder.

I am writing this down because this is kinda my contract to keep pushing until that January version of me is a distant memory.

The Hit List for the rest of 2026:

Hit $50k/mo since the foundation is done.

Gain 5 more kg of muscle.

Read 12 books (7 already done).

And the Main One: Win the rest of the year by just doing something every single day.

How did your first six months go, guys?

Fix Your Forward Lean

If you’re constantly leaning forward at the bottom of your squat, don’t assume it’s just “bad technique.”

It could be:
• Your stance.
• Limited ankle mobility.
• A weak brace.

The key is to film yourself from the side, identify what’s happening, make one change at a time, and retest.

Small adjustments can make a huge difference to how your squat looks, feels, and performs.

Have you ever struggled with your squat? Let me know what’s been holding you back.

It took losing 90 lbs to realize that training smarter beats training harder. If you're tired of starting over, this one's for you. 💪

I'm just trying to get stronger. Don't expect change in weeks—progress takes time, and this is mine. 💪
