Clean vs dirty bulking help.

I have been maintaining for about 4 months now since a mini cut. Bulking szn is right around the corner. I don’t want my health and cardio to go to shit but I can’t eat anymore than I already am. Garmin says I burn between 3500-5k calories a day (blue collar) and 1:30 at the gym. Looking for a clean(er) dirty bulk. Here’s what I ate today for context. Protein shake post gym. 2 cups oats, 2 cups trail mix, 1 scoop mass gainer, 2 bananas, 1 cup blueberries 10 oz whole milk (Breakfast). 1 cup uncooked rice and 20 oz chicken (lunch). 1 protein bar. 1 chicken breast and 1/2 cup rice 1st dinner. Steak and mash potatoes for 2nd dinner. 1/2 pint of ice cream with nuts and berries for dessert. I’m honestly sick of eating and it’s going to be brutal when I bulk. 5’11 209# my goal is to get to 227# in 7 months. What can I add to make my bulk easier?

Diet advice

I’m 6’2 64 kgs and 19 years old and work out 5 times a week , I’m trying to get a lean physique. I started a lean bulk with >100g of protein and around 2600 calories per day. Is that too many calories and should I reduce it and will it make me fat and gain any noticeable face fat

How to bulk faster as an athlete

I'm 18m between 1m90 and 1m93 (6ft3-6ft4) and skinny, like 75kg

Long story short I used to be way more muscular until I got injured and hit a growth spurt. Now what changed in between is that I became an athlete, I run and train for mma and swimming competitions and I have seasons of my life where I work construction add that to my fast metabolism and gains are slow, slower than before wich is weird since I'm supposed to have muscle memory, but it's probably because I burn too much calories but I eat a lot too

I made noticeable progress since I was skinnier months ago and there are periods like rn where I can't lift at all wich make progress slower. Biggest problem is my chest but also my arms, they are very long, my fingers go all the way to my knees and my forearms aren't that bad but the rest is so small

Any advices? Thanks for reading may God bless you

Should I switch into a recomp as a beginner.

I’ve been working out inconsistently for years gained muscle lost it ect. Starting in may I was 5’11 135 pounds super skinny just partying all the time didn’t really have abs but also wasn’t fat. I locked in big time and bulked up to around 163. I’ve gained a lot of muscle, I think I’ve gained so much because of a combination of muscle memory and just my body finally getting the nutrients it needs. Problem is I’m not chubby but I’m not lean either and I want to recomp and get a good physique that I’m proud of you know, defined six pack Brad Pitt fight club type of stuff before I think about bulking again. But I’m not sure if that’s a smart idea or not so I need advice, I’m currently eating at around 3300 cals a day with around 200+ grams of protein (I know that’s more than I need) 3 meals and a protein shake. Each meal includes roughly 8oz of 95/5 beef, 1.5 cups of mixed veggies and around 1.5 cups of jasmine rice and 2 eggs and 2 oz of guacamole. My shake is 2 cups of milk, 2 scoops of whey, a banana, 1 tbps of peanut butter and creatine. Give me some advice on where to go from here please. I’m thinking of just tightening my meal plan down to around 2600-2700 cals and around 170-180 grams of protein.

How long to bulk before leaning out? I have no muscle and I’m borderline underweight and yet I have such a fat face and belly

5’8 22M 125ish pounds. I’m going to start going to the gym Monday with a group of friends since I have no clue what I’m doing. Breakfast is scrambled eggs with cottage cheese mixed in and sourdough bread dinner is chicken thighs skinless and boneless with broccoli and roasted potatoes. Debating what I should do for lunch when I start work in the fall. I need something I can pack with me that will help me get to around 2,000ish calories I think my maintenance js 2100 I struggle to even hit that so I don’t even know how I’m going to end up looking better :( I wish nutrition wasn’t so confusing and such a numbers game

Eating more. Feeling bloated. Help me get past this and stick with it.

I have been cycling up my calories to get to maintenance after having been in a long fat loss phase. I have zero fat/weight to lose and want to build more muscle. I am very petite and I burn far more than my RMR/BMR because I’m so active. I’ve been adding 100 calories every month to my my baseline (I eat way more on big activity days) to get to a true maintenance and get out of a muscle building plateau.

It’s hard! I feel so big and puffy. I know it’s water/glycogen/my cycle. Previously I would panic and cut calories. I know I need to stick with this. I’m still not even at a true maintenance I’m still 100-200 cals shy. For those of you who have increased calories to build muscle, help me work through this.

Bulking Gains

Before and after pictures of my bulk.

It's around 5 years in between the pictures.

I did not bulk all the time but intermittently.

But definitely, I managed to increased by food intake a lot more. At one point of time, I am eating almost 4000-5000 calories a day for a previous of 2 months but has since cut down

Still, diet wise I am eating a lot more than when I started off as my appetite has grown and I don't struggle to eat anymore. I am now at the point where I need to tell myself not to overeat ;)

My diet when bulking

  1. Breakfast
  2. Branch
  3. Lunch (large)
  4. Meal before gym
  5. Dinner (Large)
  6. Supper

I know I could be bulking more but wanted to see if people think I’ve made good progress and if anyone has tips on getting chest to grow. If anyone my height has suggestions I’d greatly appreciate it. First pic I am 147pounds, second I am 181.
