Northface Retro Yellow Stain

Hey guys. I bought the white retro puffer and it seems to have developed a yellow stain on the sleeve
I don’t know how or what could have caused it
I’ve tried some washing powder and warm water but alas it hasn’t helped, and I’m scared of the material going too hard with anything else
Has anyone experienced this or knows any fixes? Thank you

Northface Yellow Stain

Hey guys, I made the unfortunate mistake of buying a white outer jacket and now a yellow stain has developed and I can seem to get rid of it (try to washing powder and warm water)
It’s that plastic rainproof material. Any help will be appreciated

Start hitting weights and a lot of core? Or trust process and still cut

Hey guys, I’ve been eating at a deficit for a couple of months now and I’ve dropped from 82kg to 77kg. I seem to have hit a plateau with a bit of stubborn visceral fat just under my belly and some on my love handles. Should I start doing a lot more core and lifting more, or keep testing the process and shed some more fat? Thank you

Keep cutting or start maintenance and lifting more before and after pics

Made some progress but stuck

Hey guys, no hate please I know I’m still not in the best shape.
Second photo is from January.
First one is today, only really started getting back into the gym for the last 2 months, ~ 500 calorie deficit with high protein and trying to lift as heavy as I can.
I’m struggling to lose my belly fat, I had quite a lot of visceral but it’s slowly going.
Should I still keep going at a deficit or now start maintenance so I can build some more muscle and hopefully fill out a bit? Thank you
