Physique update

Abs are slowlyyy coming through (maybe i’m delulu) Recently got a food scale so I have an idea of what i’m eating now instead of just guessing and eye balling everything. I was definitely over eating carbs LOL

Still think my core is my weakest but my lifts are going up despite being on a cut! Recently did 240lbs x 3 for convential deadlifts 🥹

6 months Reta + TRT

I know some will say this is fake, but being fat brought out my mothers side (Asian) losing weight brought out my dads side (Australian).

STACK =
Before - 14 pancakes and 2ltr at local k-town
After - 3 peanuts, a sip of water and a 5 minute stare at a cheeseburger.
