I've got Daisy the calming band and on top of that I've put electronic ear protection (that I normally wear to the shooting range) and I'm playing relaxation music through it. Seems to be working pretty well!

I own a small business and happened to be at home resting from a lower back injury when I received a call from the GM, who rarely ever calls. They said that my last payment didn't post correctly and it was a glitch in their system but if I don't pay today, they'd be out there to shut off the electric. I have an extended stay hotel with over 100 guests, including long-term guests with families, so I was panicking for my guests. They can't be without power. Long story short, they clone the number of the local electric company when they call so it seems legit. I was very close to making payment when my GM called and said after thinking about it, it seems like a scam. Make sure you call the number you have on you bill to verify if you receive any threats about cutting your electric off. Has anyone gotten any similar calls? Be careful out there.
