25+M | 6’ | 78 kg | Need Vegetarian Protein Advice | Goal: Visible Abs in 1 Month
Hi everyone,
Looking for some advice from people who’ve managed a high-protein vegetarian diet during Sawan.
Stats
Height: 6’0”
Weight: 78 kg
Goal
I want to improve my ab definition over the next month while maintaining as much muscle and strength as possible.
Training
Lifting 6 days a week.
Every working set is taken to or very close to failure.
Split:
Monday & Thursday: Chest + Triceps
Tuesday & Friday: Back + Biceps
Wednesday & Saturday: Legs + Shoulders
Sunday is my rest day.
I also train abs regularly.
Current Diet
I keep my diet under strict control and don’t have cheat meals.
Before Sawan
Breakfast: 4 whole eggs + whey protein
Lunch: Home-cooked meal (dal, rice/roti, vegetables, greek yogurt)
Evening: Whey protein, multivitamin
Dinner: Paneer with rotis
Since it’s Sawan, I’ve stopped eating eggs.
My current plan is:
Breakfast: Paneer instead of eggs
Dinner: Thinking of replacing paneer with tofu
My questions are:
Is replacing eggs with paneer at breakfast and having tofu at dinner a good idea?
Will this be enough protein to preserve muscle while getting leaner?
Any better vegetarian protein options that are affordable and easy to include for just this month?
Any nutrition tips that would help me maximize ab definition over the next month?
Thanks in advance!

1 Year of Training | How Is My Back Development? What Should I Focus On Next?
Hey everyone,
I’ve been training consistently for about a year and wanted some feedback specifically on my back development.
Stats:
78 kg
Diet - Non veg
Training consistently for ~1 year
I’m attaching a recent back pose. My goal is to build a wider, thicker, more aesthetic back and improve my overall V-taper.
I’d appreciate honest feedback on:
What are my back’s strong points?
What are the most obvious weaknesses?
How would you assess my lat width and back thickness for 1 year of training?
Which muscle groups need the most work (lats, rear delts, traps, lower back, etc.)?
Should I focus more on pull-ups, rows, deadlifts, or something else?
Feel free to be brutally honest. I’d rather hear what needs improvement than get generic compliments.
Thanks! 💪
Been bulking and cutting both. Now maintaining. Ask me anything.
Maintaining weight around 76 since 4-5 years. Fat loss. Muscle gain. Cutting. Bulking.
Can provide honest advice on physique, recomp & muscle gain
Hey everyone,
Current routine:
Training 5–6 days/week
Mostly PPL + some cardio
8k–10k steps daily
Decent diet but not tracking very strictly
Main areas to improve:
Chest fullness
Wider shoulders
Arms overall size
Lower belly fat / love handles
I’m attaching a current physique pic (face hidden).
Would appreciate honest requests on:
body fat %
Whether should lean bulk or recomp
Weak points in physique
What muscle groups should get more focus
Any diet or training suggestions
28M | 6’0” | 78 kg | Need honest advice on physique, recomp & muscle gain
Hey everyone,
I’m 28 years old, 6’0” tall and currently around 78 kg. I’ve been training consistently for about 1 year now.
My goal is to build a lean, aesthetic physique with better muscle definition while keeping body fat under control. I don’t want to get overly bulky, just athletic and well-built.
Current routine:
Training 5–6 days/week
Mostly PPL + some cardio
8k–10k steps daily
Decent diet but not tracking very strictly
Main areas I want to improve:
Chest fullness
Wider shoulders
Arms overall size
Lower belly fat / love handles
I’m attaching a current physique pic (face hidden).
Would appreciate honest feedback on:
Estimated body fat %
Whether I should lean bulk or recomp
Weak points in physique
What muscle groups should get more focus
Any diet or training suggestions
Be brutally honest — constructive criticism is welcome.
Body recovering slower than my motivation, but still showing up
Title:
28M | Trying to get back in shape after years | Honest feedback needed
Body:
Posting again with proper details because my earlier post got removed 😅
Age: 28
Height: 5’11”
Current Weight: 77 kg
Starting Weight: 80 kg
Timeline: Around 6 months
Background:
I was mostly inactive for a few years due to work and lifestyle. Started focusing seriously on fitness again around 6 months back. Main goal initially was fat loss and improving overall energy levels rather than bodybuilding.
Current routine:
Weight training: 4–5 days/week
Mostly compound movements
Started doing deadlifts recently
20–30 mins cardio 3–4 times/week
Trying to stay active outside gym as well
Diet:
High protein focus
Reduced sugar/junk significantly
Trying to maintain calorie deficit consistently
Protein intake around 100–120g/day
Challenges:
Stubborn belly fat
Energy fluctuations sometimes
Unsure whether to continue cutting or start lean recomposition
What I need feedback on:
Does my progress look decent for 6 months?
Estimated current body fat %?
Should I continue fat loss or increase calories slightly now?
Any weak points I should improve first?
I’ve attached before/after pics side by side as suggested by mods. Honest feedback appreciated 🙏
