Upload your photographs of the athletes to Wikimedia Commons to help improve our coverage of the league

Hi! I've been a long-time Wikipedia editor (since 2020) and part of what I do is help create and maintain the Wikipedia articles of athletes. On Wikipedia, we cannot use photographs that are not considered "fair use", so in order to add images of the players and coaches we as editors rely on the images people like you upload to Commons. For an example, see Mo'ne Davis's article.

If you have any high-quality photos of the games or the players or can approach them to take such a photograph, that would be super helpful for editors like myself that want to improve the coverage of the WPBL by creating articles for the players that do not have one yet or improve the articles that do exist (such as Denae Benites' that's missing a photo).

My Merch Arrived!

My merch just came today and I'm so excited!! I'm going to the game on September 2nd and I can't wait! I'm having stomach surgery on August 25th so I unfortunately won't be able to eat anything at the game, but I am tempted to buy one of those WPBL lagers just for the can. 😂 Go Hunters!! 😁💚🦅🧢⚾

Watch parties

Hi everyone!

I live in Framingham, MA and most nights work until 6pm in either Framingham or Holliston. Does anyone know of any watch parties or places where games are played? I was trying to find out about Women's Sports Wednesdays at Femme bar in Worcester, but haven't heard back about what is being watched or how it's set up.

Next year question

What is going to happen to the teams we have now? Am I falling in love with players (looking at you, Denver) that will be moved to different teams? Do they have longer term contracts?

I watched baseball as a kid but never got invested in the draft, or contracts, or free agent stuff. As long as David Ortiz was still playing for the Red Sox, I didnt care about how players moved around. I just wasn't sure if anything had been said or explained or worked out, especially if they're looking to add more teams.

I need your help

Hi fellow Hunters fans!

I've decided to undertake a crochet project in honor of the inaugural season and I need your help! I can't watch all the games so I'm potentially missing information I'm going to need. That's where y'all can help.

I need help tracking significant events for the league or the Hunters. So far I have opening weekend and the Hunters first win. I'm not counting the grand slam against them.

Did I miss any so far? And can someone(s) help me with today's game since I have yo miss it?
