confused

I am on Tirz and Cagri. It’s been going well, I love this stack and I haven’t had many issues and I’ve lost a lot of my weight this way. I want to keep the weight off but ever since last week EVERYTIME I eat i’m immediately hungry again and I don’t understand why. I was doing so good, eating here and there and I wouldn’t be hungry and I am getting my protein in. I don’t like being hungry, I don’t want to put on any weight and I like maintaining my diet now.

Cagrilintide & fatigue: What’s your experience?

I've seen my fair share of posts across Reddit about Cag and fatigue. I was curious to see where everyone lands on this.

Drop an A, B, or C in the comments below:

A) Increased fatigue / lower energy

B) No noticeable change / neutral

C) Increased energy / reduced fatigue

I'm guessing for some voting A, this would have gone away after a few weeks or months.

Thanks for your time.

Cagrilintide & fatigue: The results are in

Thanks to everyone who commented on yesterday’s poll! We got a solid sample size of 40 responses.

Here is how the numbers broke down:

A) Increased fatigue / lower energy: 24 votes (60.0%)

B) No noticeable change / neutral: 15 votes (37.5%)

C) Increased energy / reduced fatigue: 1 vote (2.5%)

A majority (60%) experience notable fatigue or a drop in energy when using Cag, while just over a third (37.5%) don't notice any real impact. An increased energy response seems to be rare (only 2.5%).

Reta + Cag Timing / Food Noise Advice

Currently on 2.5 mg reta every 5 days. It works really well for appetite suppression for the first 2–3 days, but by around day 3 onward my food noise starts coming back pretty badly.

I’ve been thinking about adding cag because my main goal isn’t really more weight loss — I mainly want better/steadier control of food noise throughout the whole week.

For anyone who has experience using reta + cag together:

  • Do you take them on separate days? If so, how far apart do you space them?
  • What did you start cag at?
  • Did you lower your reta dose when adding cag, and if so, by how much?
  • Did cag help specifically with the food noise coming back toward the end of your reta cycle?
  • Any side effects or things you wish you knew before combining them?

I’m especially curious about people who found reta worked great initially but seemed to wear off after 2–3 days appetite-wise.

Any experiences appreciated. Not looking for medical advice — mainly interested in hearing what schedules/doses people have personally used and how they tolerated it.

Should I lower my Tirz?

I just got my Cagri and want to start tomorrow… I’m on 15mg Tirz every 5 days and it’s just not giving suppression or food noise control it used to… should I back down to maybe 10mg weekly while trying Cagri? just don’t want to cause bad gastric issues if my Tirz is too high

Starting dose

Currently on Reta and have been taking a small dose of triz to help with food noise but picked up a kit of cagri to take over that role. Any suggestions on starting dose and should I take it same day as Reta or off day?

Appreciate any input.

Is PH overrated?

Just ordered cagri for the first time Should i just mix bac water with AA to reconstitute or just use bac water and how long it will last if i just reconstitute it with bac water

Q: Does any reconstitute with methods and notice a difference?
